Comedy genius is a bit much, I mean he wasn't exactly improvising he was just reading from a script. In my opinion a bit of fry and laurie was rather poor compared to other double acts. Give me hale and pace over them any day, And hale and pace in my opinion don't even come into the my top 10. Vic and bob, French and suanders, Smith and Jones, Rik and adrian, Two Ronnie's, Morcome and wise, Mitchel and webb, And the great Pete and dud, All in my opinion make fry and laurie look like an open mic act rather then professional comedians.

I can remember Marty Feldman but it was too long ago. A slightly more modern comedy would be "Dad's Army". It was set in WWII and consisted of a dysfunctional platoon of the Home Guard. These were men deemed too old to go to war so were set to guard Britain from German attack. It's hilarious! Great script writing and fantastic acting.

Sisko MaSu I agree. It shocked me to find him so attractive after seeing him in the first. Still find him hot. The outfit sets him off wonderfully, plus the goatee, beard and mannerisms/voice. A perfectly composed character. He absolutely sells it.
Saw some pictures of his wife and daughter, they were both gorgeous. If he met his wife while he played this character, no doubt she found him hot as well.
I’ve never watched GoT, sounds like a dodged a bullet, I always felt it was over-hyped. Blackadder is one of the best written Tv shows ever, which is why there is only 6episodes per season and just 4 seasons, (technically 3 when you get rid of the first season which wasn’t great at all)
Totally agree. I'm glad he made money from Mr Bean but that's it. About 7/8ths of his appeal for me is his verbal dexterity and also his attitude, whether here, in the Thin Blue Line, as the Devil, or as the headmaster.
Loved Black adder. Such a classic comedy and an amazing cast, and don't know why they stopped making these shows really. This is all their best acting ever!

Most tend to choose Goes Forth as their favorite, but Blackadder II has always been my favorite. I feel like they perfected the character in II.
My favorite is more the third one. Though the ending of the fourth is probably my favorite

Love the bit of series 3 with Sam Johnson and the dictionary. Also the Scarlet Pimpernel, and best line :"Flander's Pigeon Murdereer" by Stephen Fry.
