I never pushed back an A380 but I did pushed back 747 and once a Concord in Newark International, back in my time, today's called Liberty Airport.

Yeah these wings are Incredibly strong considering they weigh 30 tons each and 50 m long and have to support The beautiful Rolls- Royce Trent 900 Which weigh 7tons each +260 tons of fuel at Maximum takeoff weight MTW for short
I'm guessing this is one of the more powerful tugs.

Flight do not have reverse gear that's why pushing
No reverse gear because a rear view mirror would disrupt airflow: _very_ expensive.
Yes they have thrust reverse that can make them go backward. However the amount of fuel wasted compared to the one from the tug that is used to push back is Not even one percent. Fuel that can be used during flight. Besides the pilots have blind spots to see behind them.
