    Here is a quick summary of some related terms:
    - Head Swapping
    for a lot of people this means the same as face swapping i.e. generally doesn’t involve swapping out the whole head, but more like blending face features from one person to another as per this tutorial. Although swapping heads completely is definitely possible!
    - Face Editing
    This is quite a vague term and could mean a lot of things… from funny face swaps like we have done today, makeup changes, cleaning up skin / removing spots - basically anything related to changing someones face in any way.
    - Face retouching ** Coming soon to the channel! **
    This would normally include general skin clean up / removing blemishes, tidying hair, fixing makeup, correcting skin tone and more.
    Thank you so much for checking out the video. I really appreciate any like, sub or comment as it will help this new channel to grow and allow me to continue putting out quality, regular content.

    Hello all! I hope you enjoy this video tutorial on how to do face swaps in Photopea. I've gone for a bit of a different editing style this week, with more dynamic zooming etc, and also on screen tips and comments to compliment the voice over. I'd love to hear in the comments if you prefer this approach, or do you prefer the more minimal editing that I would normally do on the channel?

    This is the first video that actually made sense to me! In fact, I wrote down every single step to see if I can recreate. Your end product looked great! And I liked the screen clips.

    I am writing this comment in August 2023. I estimate that this Face Swaping task can be done faster and better with the new Photopea Magic Replace tool. Maybe it's a good time to update the video.

      Is there no icon on the tool bar for it? If it is showing either the polygonal lasso tool or the magnetic lasso tool instead, click and hold on the icon to choose the regular lasso tool.

    • @photopeapro
      @photopeapro  2 роки тому

      Hi Mo. What is it exactly that you need help with? Holding the Alt key and clicking on the layer icon will 'clip' it to the layer below, meaning that anything you do on that layer, will only effect the pixels of the layer it is clipped to, and not everything else underneath it.

    You lost me at the beginning! How did you get 2 pictures on the right side, you never showed that? I just get one on top of the other.

    • @photopeapro
      @photopeapro  2 роки тому +1

      Hi there. Do you mean how did I get the 2 images into layers of the same document? If so, it was just a case of opening one of the images first, then dragging the jpg for the other image from my desktop straight into the Photopea window, and it automatically adds it to another layer in the document.
