was not surprised you improved upon their product..lol..and these heaters are rated 4/5 stars..roughly 140 dollars..so great that they recognized your channel..
I have two of these, one for my caravan which is a 2kw and fantastic, the other is a 5kw one which is often used to heat my workshop, the 8kw versions are exactly the same as the 5kw, the main thing you should do is isolate the fuel pump, I used the fuel lines to hang it so it bounces around rather than transmitting that thumping noise through a solid object. I find my heaters great, and after the two European manufacturers were found guilty of clouding to fix prices I don't want anything to do with them.
Just a little safety point. The silencer/muffler has a small weep hole to release moisture. If the silencer is not used, water will gather in the exhaust pipe and rust will form inside the pipe, the silencer and the chimney. The air intake can should also be fitted as it helps to balance the air and fuel mix for the most efficient combustion. If you have an old wire grill, you can bend it over the exhaust pipe to prevent accidental burns. Take care.
C for cetane. Given your job and the number of vehicles you own i think you'd be looking at a waste oil burner. They don't mind a bit of hydraulic fluid or diesel either.
Hey, another vid - nice. Now it's a good thing you honestly disclosed your attitude towards sponsored stuff. Honesty is a little hard to come by theses days. And the mounting process was actually far more interesting, and professionally made than the thing itself, heh. As to the heater - i guess there is a market for those, and since there are people in the comments saying that these are fine... i guess it's ok. I just haven't seen it before. Especially it being a combustion type heater. Anyway, i wish you the best as always, and just maybe we'll some day see a Wurth or DeWalt sponsored vid. Well, apart from the gloves hehe. Also - i got me a couple of pairs, and damn - now i get why you're using them, thank you. Good stuff.
Thanks a lot :) And yeah, with the amount of stuff i buy from wurth. (Both for my self, and through my job) it would be nice to have a sponsorship from them. Haha :)
I was looking into getting one, I have a 6x8m garage/workshop that I don't really get a chance to spend some time in but it would be nice to do it in comfort when I do get a chance. I'll definitely be looking at one of these
I'm curious as to how reliable the VEVOR will be. I bought their 30 litre ultrasonic cleaner and it died in two days. Rather then replacing the unit, they requested pictures of the circuit boards and after some negotiation, they sent me two replacement boards. One looked like it had been stored outside as it had rust on fasteners and corrosion on component leads. For some reason, the fuse holder partially melted before blowing the fuse. After installing the boards, it appears to be working but i haven't used it much and have lost confidence in it. Hope your experience is better! Cheers from Eastern Canada. 🇨🇦
Thanks! And yeah, i have also been curious to see how well they work and how long they last. so i saw this as a good way to test it out :) Thanks for watching along!
Don't they have some unused Webasto Hydronic 12kW heaters kicking around at the bus garage? They can be hooked up to radiators or fan coils (kalorifere)
I allready have two of those, sitting around, with exatly that idea in mind :) But i still need some more stuff, before i can set that up. So with this thing being free, and quick to set up, it was worth a try :)
Hej Kasper.
Quastion. I watched your video about the UAZ 469 and now I'm asking you if it's good quality for 3000eur. Because a lot of people told me it was rubbish

and maybe wrap the fuel line where it enters the unit as its somewhat close the the hottest part of the exhaust

Great review and clean install.. Stay warm my friend!
Great bit of kit, might look at a small one for my caravan. 🇦🇺

44 Degrees Celsius yesterday in the Northern suburbs of Perth, Western Australia!
I wouldn't mind that, right now :)
Great vid, keep them coming.
Fin video, det bliver spænnende at se om den lille varmekasse kan klare vinteren.

Awesome Video !
Hi, good show. that carbon monxide meter goes on the floor under the heater. C O2 is heavier than air and would never have gone off above the floor.
Приємно дивитись як працює ця людина 👍

Need to build a NAFO truck, would get 100k hits. Do I just need to send you a truck?
inb4 thats a good heater but i think your biting off more than that heater can chew . its a great heater but that garage is really big
Indeed. I only have it set up to heat the small room. it won't be able to heat the entire workshop :)
🇦🇺👍your cold and we are getting hotter
You r a very strange in your work
