1. ANJALI’S TABLE: Shark Mori Cutlets + Spiced Crab + Prawn Curry + Prawns Dangar
ADDRESS: C7, G2, Prudential Paradise. Near Govt Youth Hostel, Peddem Mapusa
OPEN: N/A
🦈Shark Mori Cutlets: Cut pieces of Shark in a bowl. Add turmeric, green chili, coriander and salt and marinate for half an hour. Coat in rice flour and fry in fresh coconut oil until golden brown. .
🦀 Spiced Crab: Cut crab into pieces and bring to a boil with onion, water and homemade masala.
🥣Prawn Curry: Boil radish in curry gravy. Mix in prawns, coconut milk, salt, curry leaves, and minced ginger.
🍤Dangar (Prawn cake): Mix chopped onions, grated coconut, pepper, salt and turmeric with clean prawns in a bowl. Make Pattice out of the mixture and coat them with rice flour. Shallow fry them in coconut oil till golden brown.

Yup . On a serious note . We don't eat many veggies raw. We make a dish out of every damn veggie . Even lotus stem ! In place of salads we have chutneys , papads etc .
We eat only cucumber, Onion (sometimes), tomato (sometimes), peas (sometimes), carrot (sometimes), radish (sometimes), cabbage (sometimes), beetroot (sometimes) and lettuce raw. So, u see the number of vegetables always eaten raw 😂🤣
@@ssukhssss it depends on the region as well. In Uttarakhand people eat rye raw . It's a cross between saag and spinach.
All our breakfast, lunch and dinners are only cooked food.
Goa sounds like a wonderful place, and as I'm a good little Irishman who is all about the seafood and the piggy, I suspect I'd eat well there. Props to Anjali for cooking that magnificent spread for you!

Hey Sonny! In Trinidad and Tobago, our popular beach street food is "Bake and Shark." Fried shark is tucked inside a fried bake (flatbread) and then topped with various condiments (mango chow, pineapple, garlic sauce, chutneys, pepper sauce etc.... and even your fave-cucumber🥒😁)

@Everything Of Indian Cinema. actually you can get boneless chicken in india too at almost every butcher shop but you have to be like my father who demands that and knows his stuff . but usually our dishes like korma etc have all the parts of a chicken we dont waste anything so eating boneless chicken is very rare

I lived in Goa for 8 years and I am pure veg. But their non-veg cooking is at a different level because of the Portuguese rule. FYI : Goa was not ruled by british, it was ruled by Portuguese, so the culture and cuisine is very very different
Each home in India has different taste. Depends upon the right amount of masalas or ingredients which is to be added and be specialy time give to cook for all the ingredients which makes dish perfect.
