Land sure has gone up....before there were 5000 white foreigners there...raising the standard of living to that of a first world country,...land was only sold between the locals...and none of them had 40,000usd for a little 1/4-1/2 acre lot. That lot was maybe 1000usd 15-20 years ago. What these pinoy do is sell a small part of their lot, then build a castle with the proceeds. Soon it will hard to find peace and privacy there. Good to see you are doing better!

What about buying a used Shipping container? I know You can get some beat up Shipping containers for a couple of 1000.00 +/-. It will only need minor welding repairs. And the doors Seale properly.
