Fishing Barges for Flathead Catfish on the River

I am fishing barges today on the Ohio river for flathead catfish, using fresh cut gizzard shad for bait on the bottom next to or under the barges. Its is also post spawn here on the Ohio river and the catfish have come off their beds and the bite is picking up
