Braves should trade for perdomo. He isnt great, but he's great at turning the lineup over from the 9 hole, consistent defense and leadership. Wont cost too much either

@@lomakinalex I suspect that Bellenger will be the starting left fielder and Dominguez will be in CF. I think that they'd rather take their chances with playing him there rather than LF where there's a chance for an inexperienced player to collide with the walls in the attempt to grab fly balls assuming that he gets a starting role of course. IDK what they plan on doing with Grisham either.
As a Braves fan, Ill gladly take Bo Bichette at shortstop.
The Reds have far more pressing needs than a 33 year old first baseman and they would certainly NOT be sending Encarnacion-Strand back as a "change of scenery" piece. Taylor Ward makes far more sense for the Reds.

I believe the MLB Allstar games have become a bit repetitive over time and I have a new way for the MLB to make money and create an exciting experience for fans. Also my proposition would help fans see new players who don’t have the power to compete in the Homerun Derby. My idea is for fielders who want to compete and have a higher OAA ( Outs Above Average ) than a certain number or certain metric for a position. These players will be able to compete in one of three categories. Category 1 will be for catchers, their challenges will include fastest pop-time and how many runners would be thrown out at second base (based on the leagues average speed). Category 2 will be for infielders, this challenge will simply be a giant game of knockout that they would play as kids in practices. Category 3 will be for outfielders, their challenge will be to throw the best ball into home from a certain distance in the outfield, if the distance they thrown from is too easy it will be pushed back to make it harder. I believe these games would promote players better known for their fielding and less for their power. Players like Francisco Lindor, Javier Baez, Bryan Rocchio, Jazz Chisholm, and Steven Kwan. I am 14 years old and I would rather watch a skills competition than a celebrity softball game that wouldn’t make as much money as my proposition.
The American league genuinely underperformed in 2024 in all honesty but it wasn't legitimately due to a lack of talented players IMO. The upcoming season has the likelihood to be a much more competitive one on the part of several AL teams in addition to the normally solid ones. I wouldn't consider the American league weak at all.
I dunno I feel like the AL east has the only real contenders in the Red Sox, orioles and Yankees. Astros are always a threat, but I think their time of dominance is over for now and the central is always going to be the central. And Marc is overrating the rangers, that World Series team won 90 games with their whole lineup having career years. Doesn’t feel like there are any real powerhouses in the AL right now outside of the Yankees.
@lomakinalex I think the Royals may be a little better this year and the Tigers will do better as well but how much better is the question. Oakland will most likely improve a little bit but they're still a couple years away from making any noise and I'm curious to see what effects their off-season moves will have over in Anaheim.

The padres still have one of the best lineups in the league with machado, tatis, Merrill, arraez, and xander. They should make the playoffs easily with those guys.

While Bo Bichette would be an awesome upgrade, disagree that you can't have Arcia at SS and be competitive. He's a good defender for $2M and as long as the rest of the team doesn't die again he will be hiding at the bottom of the lineup. Bullpen additions are definitely a priority over a SS upgrade.
