Late comment, but it was clear from the start too. Chiptune is not what I'd call "true" NES soundfont. Some of the instruments used don't sound right, especially the percussion.
Id's modern engines really have done a great job of carrying on with the spirit of the original Doom engine and are kind of amazing in terms of technology. I mean, they're not revolutionizing computer graphics like the Doom and Quake engines did, but that's not really what the industry needs these days, it needs consistent iterative improvements in efficiency and ability to render fine details without becoming muddy or tanking performance, and id has far and away met that goal.

I made a "Half speed doom" mod once as a fun project.. This is literally just that, but with a high contrast filter and a custom hud, lol.. You can tell it's not actually NES because most shittier ports of doom cut out animated textures. The green sludge would literally just be flat green. Plus I'm not sure NES was even capable of 3D(2.5D) graphics.

According to the AVGN, this port of Doom would be called “Matrix Doom” due to being slowed down to half-speed of the original, but with a surprisingly smooth framerate.
Although this port wouldn't be possible, I give It thumbs up for the E1M1 song rendtion and I think this would be part of my imagination only but, I believe that's how Doom would move if the "PointMan" from F.E.A.R. he would use his reflex abilities to slow down and beat demons from Phobos.
Oh it's custom PC DOOM 93 with pallet limiter filter that only displays it in NES limit of colors on screen at one time , the true giveaway is the sound is really Good here ,too good better than the awful 32X version , ,it is conceivable if someone modded "NES Faceball 2000" ROM they possibly could have interesting NES DOOM , ,🏆🤔🤔🤔
This can’t be real, the NES can only hold 4 colors per sprite, and there are clearly mor colors at play. Also, for the background you see in the windows, that also cannot be achieved, it would just be a grey undertone. The music also sounds a little too advanced for a 2A03 4 channel music chip
Useless fact: Somebody already ported Doom on NES, using Raspberry Pi, but it works. (Also, that guy said that putting Raspberry Pi into the cartridge is less cheating than putting a more powerful procesor into the cartridge 😂)

The snes couldn't haven't have doom that smooth, and it's more powerful than the nes.
The snes is more powerful then the nes but it’s expansion chip(s) are weaker then the fpga chip put on a nes homebrew doom cart.
