Back in October I began a project I've wanted to do since I was a kid: An outdoor garden railroad! I chose the worst time of year to begin this project, so progress has nearly come to a stop due to bad weather, unprecedented local flooding and terrible wind storms. But it hasn't ceased completely!
I hope you enjoy Part 2 of this series.

One of the most exciting backyard projects I've found on youtube for a while. Keep it coming!
I'm glad I can be entertaining. I hope I can keep it going throughout our wet winter.
Thanks for sharing! I greatly enjoy watching process develop in a project!
Looks great bud. Congrats on the progress
Be careful with the s curves a good rule of thumb is a straight section between oposite turns the lenght of the longest piece of rolling stock or engine
For some reason, that never applies to g scalers
@@user-cu9kz5ec8oit should, I did that on my original Garden Layout, and guess what it created, DERAILMENTS EVERY TIME!🤬
Added in 2 feet of straight track between those curves, adjusted my layout and NO MORE Derailments!😃
So, yes it sure does apply to us G-Scale folks too.😉🫨🙂
nice work
Thanks!
Nice so far 👍 I subscribed
Thank you!
Very nice! One point of contact for power? Runs all of that?
Is it track powered or battery locomotives
My layout is track powered. You can find out more about my current power setup in this video:

What state are you located in? i was wondering about the snow etc effect on the railroad.
I live in Washington state. A bit north of Seattle.
