Thank you for this podcast. I'm learning about and preparing to start a glamping business. Because of finances, I'm starting off small (tent structures). My long term goal is a resort with different structures. So this info was great to hear.
Awesome and informative interview And I would say, the best and most thorough podcast so far on this channel, in my opinion Please make more of these in the future🙏
Thanks for the comment and kind words. I actually rewatch all of my own episodes and try to get better and better at my interview skills. I'm trying my hardest to never miss an upload here on youtube, so every monday there will be a new long form conversation!

Glad it was helpful! Thanks for leaving a comment! I know you have been supporting my channel since day one! Always nice to see your comments under my videos.
What an awesome episode! This is the longest I’ve ever watched an UA-cam video and this was the best!! Oklahoma information blew my mind and him saying ‘he wish he would stuck with some of projects longer attaching your emotions with different situations!’😊 & the one container & $45,000 a year was lack of stress; good old days😊 LOVE THIS ❤❤
@@KeepItTiny one question I've found to provide some good insight is "If you were starting from scratch today, with only $50k to invest, and knowing what you know, what would you do? What kind of operation would you build from the ground up? Would you seek additional financing? Partner with an established operator? What if you had $100k? $250k? What if you were coming into this space "cold" without prior RE development or construction experience? Would that change your answers? Would you hire a consultant or resource like Sage or Nick Labadie to guide and facilitate elements of the process? If so, would it be soup to nuts or just specific parts like permitting?" There's starting to be a fair amount of good info available about process overview and pitfalls, but less on the very beginning steps to maximize the return on your capital so that you can do more with what you have.
I wish You had some sorts of way to get to you directly like emails, dm, WhatsApp or something .. I would like to get answers to some of my questions about this tiny airbnb

Thank you so much. I'm impressed.
looks like the site is down. Are you still active or have moved on? btw, awesome content on tiny homes-as-a-business.
I like the Trojan Horse idea (with a star viewing window) but on YOUR property. Maybe partner up with this guy ? 🤔

Great info. The tip about rooflines is priceless. I hope there will be a part 2 to this interview.
I will try and get him part on the channel! What are some questions I should ask him in part 2?

I absolutely LOVED this episode ❤️ Sooo many good ideas and priceless information. Thank you as always 😉
I also own an airbnb in a county with zero zoning and permitting. All they inspect is electrical and sewage!
You guys are so lucky! But also so smart for choosing to run your business at a location like that.
Mine too. Hiwever in our unorganized territory, they only inspect sewage... IF you have sewage. We have composting toilets. Nothing to inspect.
Blessing unto you and your business
Best one ever!!!
Great Video please keep it going.
Amazing podcast 😁
Great content!
Thanks for saying that!
Awesome information
Incredible Tiny Homes’ In-cred-I-box could get you started. ❤
