IMO the combination of this track with the rest of the soundtrack by Serra is the best of both worlds. It's a perfect time in the film for a total change in tone in the music.
Right? I don’t care for Serra’s score at all. Didn’t Martin Campbell say that if he knew Altman could write music that fast like he did for this sequence he would’ve just had him rescore the whole film? In another world. 🤷🏻♂️ At least after this we had some great music from David Arnold for many films.
@@radimsebesta4988 I don't said: "it's not in the movie", i said: "it's not the original". The movie version it's no available in the original soundtrack from Golden Eye. I don't know why. Certainly question of rights because John Altman it's the composer of this score....

Agreed. The film just needed that one moment of orchestral bombast, and the tank scene was the perfect place for it.

John Altman should have rescored the whole film. This was magnificent. I saw Goldeneye at the cinema, and everyone loved it.
