My 6s plus has a battery with 76 % score. So it’s not done yet. But after the battery power is below 70% charge it slows down the iphone. So basically most of the day my still fast 6s plus is turned into a snail by Apple. Not acceptable. I am not replacing my battery if it still works fine, just of Apple’s secret slowdown activity’s. It’s my phone, so no secret shit that almost made me buy a new phone.
This week I’ve placed for new OEM batteries into for iPhone 6S’s. All for customers came back with the same issue: when the percentage goes below 20%, the phone starts to lag so much they cannot use it anymore. As soon as it is plugged into a charger, the issue disappears and my phone are updated in 14.2
bolo santosi could be - if you have that message saying the battery needs servicing it’ll definitely help you out you could also use those benchmark tools I used in the video to see what’s up.
bolo santosi my phone definitely feels a bit quicker and in all the tests I did it helped the speed. Seems crazy but it was worth it. You can find the iFixIt kit at some Frys locations if you’re near one.

I just replaced my battery, but according to CPU DasherX my iPhone 6s 's cpu frequency is 911mhz it didn't get up to 1840mhz as it should had, what should I do??? please help!!
Interesting... it could very well be that the battery you replaced it with is also old... where did you get it from? And did you reset your phone after installing and draining? Google "iPhone battery calibration" - you should give that a shot too. Good luck!
It **COULD** speed it up. I would take it to an apple store and say exactly this: "Is my phone slower because my battery is old?" if it is, they will be able to tell you, and if so, they have lowered the price so it's cheaper to let THEM replace it for you at $29... good luck.

Well by now you've heard that you can get a replacement battery for $29. I say do it and you should see a much faster phone.

TechSpank Yeah I see the battery service message in the settings. I also get 600 MHz and sometimes 837MHz on CPUDasherX as well.
