Lets just hope the more survival friendly gear holds until 2077. ;) As a gardener I can truly say most people don't know how useful a good pocket knife can be.
the "professional quality" tag to describe the voice acting in my mod isn't some bullshit I made up, my lead VA, Benjango, does actual VA work for video games and such.
I just downloaded the Flourishing Salem a few days ago for a new playthrough. The Rifles Rebirth I'll have to check out, trying to find semi-lore friendly weapon packs can be a chore.
At this point i just settle for modern weapons and have learned which weapons are too broken to use because it offers so many usable weapons in a single easy download, also it has patches for things like weapons of fate and BLD
Skibadaa's weapons don't disappoint. I've been using the weapons pack redux for years, and trying to hold out for all the Rebirths to be rolled into one. Very lore friendly, the Vindicator and Avenger miniguns were in FO2 (in case you've not played it).
Fallout 4 only people who think Bethesda's whack designs are the canon weapons in Fallout, lel. Plenty of real life weapons are also canon in universe.
If I remember correctly there is a special encounter in Fallout where you run in to the Tardis so the cyberman mod is more lore friendly than it might seem at first.
I know there’s a TARDIS mod already but I’d totally make a mod where you legit run into the Doctor who sends you on a quest to stop an invasion and have it be incredibly retro and silly.
Where fallout 4 dropped the ball for me personally was the weapons so I'm glad to see some solid choices especially since the nexus is so flooded with singular weapon mods.
I added a couple of mods the other day, one of them leveled up the NPCs so now they're carrying 14.5 mm sniper rifles with burst and full auto, 1100 points damage per shot. The wasteland has gotten interesting again.
Cyber men, iirc, are an old dr who antagonist. Like 1960s-70s old. So i was thrilled to see a literal retro futuristic enemy added into the game. I think ive seen a dalek mod at some point too, theyre another super old dr who villian species. Neat.
rifles rebirth is incredible, however I really hope he releases the new versions of all the weapons individually. on console its rough with it taking so much space. I just want the Chinese AK lol
Flourishing Salem is the kinda stuff i'm looking for, after installing tons of equipment mods i'm basically just adding tons of quest and location mods and going in blind to find them randomly during my playthrough
As a Doctor Who fan and a Fallout fan... I have to say... never thought about it, but the Cybermen do fit surprisingly well in the Fallout universe. Even from the lore of both it would make sense for something like that to pop up in Fallout. 🤔
I have 356 running currently. Only bug I'm still trying to fix is Boston Police Station and D City having flickering & invisible buildings. Otherwise game runs just fine.
I have 400+.Just gotta learn how to use xedit and learn your load order and sometimes make choices when mods conflict too much that gotta choose one or the other.
I really like this list. As much as I loathed a lot of what fo76 had, I really enjoyed it's more robust crafting and gathering systems. It was really satisfying picking a location to build my own outpost with optimal setups around resource gathering nodes. It also felt like it had more diverse and and unique locations compared to fo4. I really wish 4 had some mods to give me that kinda feeling again.
hey, i'm really happy that there is someone still playing fallout 4, i am italian, and i have always loved fallout 4, really, i'm so happy to see this video, i follow you
I just recently got back into Fallout 4 and gaming in general, remembered your videos, used to watch them a ton a few years ago. Sick to see your still doing Fallout 4 modding.
The Bad Wolf storyline of Dr. Who in which the newest version of the cybermen appeared is worth watching fyi, it culminates in a MASSIVE battle and a lot of heartbreak for the characters. But also the lore in Dr. Who of the Cybermen is that they CAN travel between dimensions. So its not hard to imagine that the Institute finds one and tries to experiment on it. The cybermen do what they do and try to take over the Institute and a fight ensues, these guys being the result. According to Dr. Who lore using any kind of wearable cyberman technology is very dangerous though. It opens you up to being converted into a Cyberman or being put under actual mind control where they fuse the tech with your body and start taking over. So you could concievably see a crossover story in which the Cybermen try to take over the commonwealth and the Brotherhood of Steel gets involved. Sadly any character that's integrated into the Cyberman hive mind can't be gotten back. Which means the Sole Survivor wouldn't be using the actual armor in such a story, and neither would any companion you didn't want to kill off somehow.
I know your deep into the Bethesda meta but you should check out STALKER Anomaly, GAMMA mod pack. Totally free to play and I feel like for it being totally free has been a game in this genre that I’ve fallen back in love with.
The only thing with weapon packs is they're rarely balanced, even for very hard mode (including skibadaa's stuff), so download a difficulty mod lest you steamroll literally everything. They also break the economy in the game i.e. they sell for insane amounts and spawn and with relative frequency, which means you'll be stacked with caps and downloading other mods that act as currency sinks helps stop basic raiders or gunners feeling like walking ATMs. Skibadaa's Machineguns Rebirth and Glock 86 Plasma are the most game breaking, especially if you combine that with the legendary crafting mod.
I've been itching to play again, and I was waiting for a certain non-Nexus site to get up-and-running, but I've given up on that. Its just not gonna happen, me thinks. Is there any lore to go with those Cybermen? It seems to me it could go a long way in explaining why the Institute is kidnapping people (they are making cybermen fodder).
Man i really like those modern weapons mod but LOTS of them arent made for survival mode as its fire rate and damage is so high, either you kill in 2 sec or get killed before you can do anything and make you walk half of the map again. I know you can edit the damage and others yourself but its such a chores to do it to +25 weapons
I really hope skibadaa does his shotguns and handguns. I really want a nice lever action, a fun little pump that totally isn't a KSG, and perhaps even a SPAZ and a saiga, for instance. And some nice revolvers and big pistols. Perhaps even a single shot elephant pistol. I'd really like to see his take on some energy weapons, launchers, and a flame thrower too.
For the cybermen mod on the XBox One. i would suggest avoid stealing the Cybersuits from Cybermen Synth enemies because it's a bit glitch which might your game to suddenly to crash and exit your game. Not only that but it may make it difficult getting your game to work properly after the game bugs out once you start wearing the stolen Cybermen suit, this i notice happen especially when using other mods with that mod for the Fallout 4 game, so if you use it i suggest either use it for PC which might handle it better, or just make sure you don't have too many mods added or turn on when playing with the Cybermen suit mod that way you run into less issues with it later :3
9:41 Can anyone tell me if the sun has ever been that bright for them? That's at least twice as bright as the brightest I've ever seen the sunlight be... maybe ever 3 or 4 times as much.
Hey @JuiceHead what is a load list you would recommend to a first time modder. I remember loving the base vanilla game years ago and would love to play it again with mods this time. There are just so many different mods that I would love to do and my load order is getting heavy lol. I’m looking to keep it light but would love to see more settlements, quests, weapons and npc/animal/creature diversity. Any suggestions would be appreciated and I’m loving your channel! The way you bring your audience fresh content in a way that is fun and enjoyable while still very informative is so cool! I am really appreciating the content you are putting out…keep up the great work!
Hopefully flourishing Salem gets ported to xb. I'm not into settlement building (in fact i avoid meeting garvey altogether), but this I can get behind. Clear an area, folk move in and take care of themselves.
I subbed to bespoke post for a while. I really liked most of the stuff they sent me and use the stuff a good bit. They are quality products. I got a collapsible backpack, metal water bottle, multi tool belt buckle, among other things
I hope modders will be able to Port over most if not all of the Fallout 4 mod assests to starfield. There's so many cool weapons and the infinite warfare synth replacer that I bet would fit right in
Any idea if there's a mod for Quincy or University Point like there is Salem? I think it's brilliant the modders created a narrative that has the settlement retaken rather than just remaining abandoned, much like UP and Quincy. Gun mods are cool and all, but Fallout 4 will keep bringing me back in if the story mods keep flowing.
I think the main reason the mods are so good at this point is the simple fact that the modders have had time to really learn how to mod and have gained experience doing it. Practice makes perfect! Okay, nearly perfect because humans will never be perfect. :) Ah yes, I saw Flourishing Salem on Nexus a few days ago. I was thinking of giving it a try. But I wasn't going to install it until I dealt with Barney, but you say it doesn't trigger until after you finish Barney's quest, so, I guess I won't wait!
The mod horizon is awesome people should try it. For me it is what default fallout 4 should be. Now I always play on survival and never without horizon
Me troo, with that said though I have equal love and appreciation for BGS' RPG style with Fallout as much as I do Interplay/Black Isle's style with FO1 and 2. But yeah it's fun to mod it like that sometimes, like I have Inon Zur's music mixed together with Mark Morgan's from FO1 and FO2, and it honestly is amazing.
Hi, dev of Commonwealth Killer and the other Commonwealth Story Expansion Pack mods I take great inspiration from those older games, big fan of fallout 1 and fallout 3, hope that comes through in my shitty quest mods much love
@@Pigness7 Fallout 1 and 3 are my favorites too, for the focus on very dark, hopeless atmosphere, where humanity feels almost extinct. The humor is more pure black humor, less goofy and 4th wall breaking.
On the PS4 I downloaded the no voice protagonist mod and the very easy survival mod it's really fun now not hearing my character talk just like old Bethesda RPGs.
Idk, I'm new to fo4, and I really love the additions in dialogues, my only critisisim of this, there are some dialogs that are a bit of a mouthful to pay attention to during the story and slows the flow of conversation as there really long sentences that are critical desisions that make you put you in a stunt State of Mind, and then you forget what the person just said to you because you were reading it and then they interrupt you in the middle of dialogue as you're reading lol, that's actually more funny than anything but it does get annoying at times. But I guess that's more of a me problems than anything, because I happen to be dyslexic and reading certain things I have to reread in order to fully understand what I'm reading all the time, maybe it's no problem if you know the dialogue already cuz you play the game a billion times. I do think the game should have also had different tones of your voice to choose available for your play style and appearance that you choose in the beginning of the game. But other than that, I've actually enjoyed this game, it's super clunky LOL but I've enjoyed it so far when it comes to the story and the gameplay isn't that terrible I know it's a Bethesda title based off of the gameplay and how clunky it is, but I still enjoy it.
I really wish there were more quality "lore friendly" weapon mods for Fallout 4. Or at least weapons that look like they belong in the game, yaknowwhatimsayin?
Probably not, thousands of mods come out daily but most of them are just random textures or clothing items, only a few really big mods come out over a month and out of those a lot are pretty disappointing
LOL where do you look for such sponsors:))). I did try to find new sponsors in previous job, so I know it´s not easy, but this one is just so funny:)))
Do us all a favor and *DON'T PRE-ORDER STARFIELD!* Make Bethesda deliver a finished game on day 1, not day 7, not day 200. If they don't meet their sales goal from pre-orders, they have to finish the game. Don't let it turn into another Breakpoint or Cyberpunk.
@@Pigness7 tell that to CDPR, who delayed 3 times, then released an unfinished product due to pressure from shareholders, since they'd already met their sales goal. A move which ended up in a class action against them, and multiple lawsuits from different investors. Stop pre-ordering games. There's *never* going to be a shortage of stock on day 1, and all you're doing is allowing companies to continue getting away with the ol' bait and switch marketing.
Hello Juice, I watch all your videos, keep them coming. Just curious on your thoughts or anyone from the community who reads this. I haven't played Fallout 4 yet since I'm a Skyrim fanatic. Question...for my first FO4 playthrough...should I play vanilla for the original experience or mod it
I would go lightly modded vanilla to start, probably for the entire first run. Basic stability improvements. And base building mods like Place Anywhere, base building without it is a chore. After that, mod it as you wish.
Will be waiting a full year after starfield comes out to play I would recommend you all do the same and wait for moders to fix it as well as wait for mods to come out for it.

Give us mods, more and more mods till the end, Fallout 4 is like Skyrim, the mods will never end because the community and the modders are the best
Military Grade aka Made by the Cheapest Bidder.
Still waitinf for Horizon update 1.9. Can't wait to get back into that and Sims.
Hi, Mr JuicyHead. This is great content. Thanks!
You should make some videos on collections!!!
I feel like there have to be more than just a grand total of 5 mods in the last month worth mentioning lol.
Are any of these accessible on playstation?
Do us all a favor and *DON'T PRE-ORDER STARFIELD!* Make Bethesda deliver a finished game on day 1, not day 7, not day 200. If they don't meet their sales goal from pre-orders, they have to finish the game. Don't let it turn into another Breakpoint or Cyberpunk.
yeah thats why they had to delay it, to not finish it
@@Pigness7 tell that to CDPR, who delayed 3 times, then released an unfinished product due to pressure from shareholders, since they'd already met their sales goal. A move which ended up in a class action against them, and multiple lawsuits from different investors. Stop pre-ordering games. There's *never* going to be a shortage of stock on day 1, and all you're doing is allowing companies to continue getting away with the ol' bait and switch marketing.
@@jericho1007 While true, I also wanted to add they released Cyberpunk early because of death threats as well.
@@jasonrussell5265 Cool, thank you.
Gotta have the unofficial patch
Where to find it
weapons look great I would like to be able to play mods offline hopefully they fix everything so I'm able to do that again
11:40 lol
Yo juice give us an update on sim settlements
Where is the bounty office
Must've bought up all the backpacks, 'cause looks like coalatree discontinued 'em last year
I swear the mods take this game from a 7/10 to as close to 10/10 you can get.
The only other game I've played since it launched is Fallout 2.
Does anyone happen to know what helmet The Marshal was wearing, it looked really cool
Its a base game helmet I believe, its from a raider set
@@CodedHumor cool man I’ll have to try and find it, don’t think I’ve ever seen it before
@@Freakspawnjr2 no problem! I’ll do a bit of digging myself to try to find a name for it for you
@@Freakspawnjr2 It’s part of the helmeted cage armor, I don’t believe you can remove the helmet, may be a mod for it
@@CodedHumor right thanks for figuring that out!
How many on Xbox?
all of them except the salem one
@@rafaelbolanho5104 oooooh thanks! I gusss it's time to watch the vid, then. Haha
@@rafaelbolanho5104 I may do another run through 4 before Starfield.. could be fun
The teeth in the helmet scare me
Will be waiting a full year after starfield comes out to play I would recommend you all do the same and wait for moders to fix it as well as wait for mods to come out for it.
10:30 immersion breaking
Tbh I wouldn’t be playing fallout still if there were no mods
Thx Bethesda for no ps4 mods that are actually good
I just downloaded fallout again and ima just change some of the mods I have since it’s like 50 and I crash/freeze a lot
