I have been thinking of starting a Courier business in order to create a job for my daughter who have a felony that’s like 20 years old and a DUI that she got three years ago. She realizes her mistakes and that is very hard for her to get a job. That is why I am trying to create one for her. Am I able to start a Courier business and then hire my daughter as the driver even though she had that DUI three years ago? Please help and Thanks!

Yo people that's not true about Roadie, I followed his advice and used the Roadie platform as he suggested and they went back 30 years and declined me so just thought you should know before you put your name in the system.

I have a ford transit 150 medium roof. I got it with 85k miles on it and now I’m at 209k I just attended my warranty for another 100k miles and I love it cause it takes reg gas only $70-$80 to fill up and I get 450 miles on a fill up and very low maintenance with this van,

Bcus personally I don't see why they would need that if the background hasn't even came back yet.. I don't like giving out that information until I know there's a reason (being eligible to be employed by roadie). Seems a little out of the ordinary. I currently drive for Uber and they didn't even ask for all that until your approved to drive for them. Looking forward to hearing back from ya. What if you were arrested on felony charges but charges were dismissed will they still deny me even tho it will show up on arrest report
No they wont. If you weren’t found guilty it does not show up

You have to start. Business get a LLC & EIN or u can also get with courier companies as welll they over look felons allot
