My Ideal Weight Limit Would Be probably under 3500. Since My Truck Total Towing Capacity is a Maximum Of 6,500. Its a 2015 Tacoma PreRunner. I Want To Get Started With My Pickup Truck First So I Can Save On Cost, Cause I Also Use It As Everyday Vehicle. Any Advice Would Be Great Fam!!

I have my Corporation set up. Can you get your own authority without a Van? Don’t you need to show proof of Insurance when getting your authority? Can you get the MC/DOT before the van so it can sit and age? I reached out to a company and they take 17% of the load and they carry the cargo insurance. I can buy a Used van 2020-2022 cash right now but a lot of people saying this industry is extremely slow right now….
What mean is long as you getting the van within 30 days you good. But just make sure you ready and everything is set up properly

I;m not yet in the business - still gathering information and learning. I love driving at night - no traffic involved. Are there opportunities out there for night drivers, especially OTR. Having said that, I will drive during the day time but I prefer night. Let's just say, I won't refuse daytime loads.

So after you have your LLC business bank account, insurance ,Boc-3 ,URC, DOT number Mc- number, factoring service, fuel card account. After all of that how much longer before i would be able to get loads. I started to rent a van but realize that will cost me too much per week. So I'm still searching for a cargo van that I can just purchase myself with a monthly payment. I have just got my credit score up above 700. If you have a active authority for about six months or better a broker would get you loads

@@mertyuceturk8991find you a couple dispatchers first. Brokers won’t use you until you get that 6-12 month’s experience under your own authority. Lease on to a dispatcher or fleet and get your year in. After that you can do it all by yourself without anyone else

where im at they dont want or need a person with a car. they are looking for cargo vans and box trucks. ive tried several different courier companies and had no luck with using my personal car. why do you not recommend getting a sprinter/cargo?
