    I love your regular strength workouts, but this was a nice change too! An effective, but gentle workout for my fatigued and nauseous first-trimester body. The constant flow is also helpful to keep me moving without breaks.

    Dude HECK YEAH!!!!!! That’s what I’m talking about!!!!!! I was hard core in the gym pre pregnancy and THIS IS AMAZING
    The first trimester sucked for me sickness and insane fatigue but the second trimester is here and I WAS SO READY FOR THIS! Thank you for bringing the burn to our homes!

    4 years later this workout is still so relevant! Found NML during my second pregnancy last year and it's been life changing, im 4 months postpartum now and she's my fav instructor!

    I am not pregnant, but the exercise routine is for everyone. Very good class, very good combination of cardio/barre. I hope to find more low impact but intense routines (Hitt). God bless you and keep using you to help improve people's health. Greetings and hugs from Spain

    SWEATY and fast paced 20 min!! Perfect morning wake up! I’ve been doing more barre and yoga in the morning as a small workout and I always feel loosened up and ready for my real workout in the afternoon! Thanks so much , your barre videos are THE BEST 🙌🏽🙏🏼

    Dear Lindsay, I'm just entering week 10 in my first pregnancy and my intense nausea is finally beginning to taper. After 5 weeks of not being able to do much other than eat handfuls of pretzels and go back to bed, I'm slowly able to bring movement back in and oh my god. The ENDORPHINS! I've done this barre workout twice this week and burst into tears after I finished both times. Thank god that stage is almost over! And it's so relieving to have such an accessible workout that's actually challenging, run by a woman who really knows her stuff. Thank you for everything you do!

    I could not workout for weeks during my first trimester because of sickness and fatigue. I'm almost at the end now, this workout felt very hard but it's so rewarding to get to the end! Thank you so much Lindsey!

    Wow 👏 it just amazed me that you were pregnant doing these workouts and kill it 🏋 this is my second time following your postpartum program and it's challenges every time but so worth at the end. I'm already less than my before pregnancy weight. Great program well executed, each exercise targets different muscles which makes it fun but you will be sweating bullets. Combine with clean eating and not depriving myself of any food. I just falls in love with working 💪 I look forward to it everyday.

    First time I did this workout, I thought I was dying. lol I came back to it about 3 weeks later (tonight), and it was so much better! Maybe it's because I knew what to expect, and maybe it had to do with the fact that I've been doing some of your easier workouts but yeah! So glad I came back to it!     Loved the workout, something I'll come back to postpartum but found some of the moves didn't work with my bigger 19 week belly which doesn't like jumping or quick movements to down dog. Luckily I was able to modify and catch myself before I got a killer cramp.

    This was a great 20 minute workout! I love how I always start a Barre workout thinking it will be easy, but you really feel the burn!

    I recently discovered you and I have to say I really, really love your stuff! I've worked out regularly for years but was looking to change it up a bit. I haven't done a whole lot of barre but I'm so excited about this and all the other videos you have. I just completed this one and definitely found the balance to be a challenge.     Thank you so much, you really are helping me with my pregancy workout routine soo much, I especially love this Barre Workout very much, but I'm hitting the end of the second trimester soon (25 weeks now) , is it still safe to go with it or would you recommend some addjustments or even an other type of workout? I kind of start feeling uncomfortable with the plank stuff :))

      I am so happy you found your way here! I would modify core exercises as your pregnancy progresses. You might add an incline by placing your hands on a chair or bench for support!

    I should've done this before when I was pregnant with my kids. I didn't care about exercises before in my 20's and pregnant. Now my kids are toddlers and my early 30's I'm engaging now with workouts

      Hello!! I always recommend chatting with your doctor or midwife because every pregnancy is so different, but in general yes! This is great for the first trimester (and all the ones after that!)
