Video idea. The Seinfeld Gang vs the It's Always Sunny Gang. Who's the Worst Gang?
Buying a faulty wheelchair.
Mugging an old lady.
Laughing at an active crime.
Burning down a cabin.
You could easily make a top 100 worst things they’ve done seeing how the whole show was just the four of them being as vile as possible. Hence the final episode.
Yeah. That was the point of the characters…? And you could easily do the same with 100s of shows. Kid shows have characters make light and crack jokes about mental illnesses.
Yeah but Seinfeld is All about miss adventures with these four that's literally the subject of the show!@@bugsyproductions3140
Even though she was told of the rules, mocked them before going in, and then openly violated them, Elaine still felt the need to put the soup Nazi out of business even though nobody else seemed to have a problem with them and it was a popular restaurant.
I was just gonna mention this one. She disrespected him and when he rightfully kicked her out, she ran him out of business with the armour that he gave her. In other words, if you don't like me, I run you out of business because of your good deed
I hate Elaine's character, but in this episode I just despise her. Do not look at her character as a role model.
no doubt Newman found out he would have said "You MOMSTER!!!"
least the soup chef got his justice
@@GreyWind1988 armoir
@@GreyWind1988 shows unfortunately no good deed goes unpunished when the Soup Nazi indirectly gave Elaine his armoire after Kramer was robbed of the one he was watching for Elaine that she had just bought.
Also when George faked his injury he was fired but he refused to leave which caused the company to go into bankruptcy for a prank that happened in the company's bathroom because George had the keys
you can also blame Krammer, he was the one that dropped that rubber ball full of oil on the woman which led to the company getting sued
He wasn't fired. If they were gonna pay out half his contract if he left. He stayed because he'd get it all if he did.
Thomassoulo: You win George. We’ve had it. If you leave right now, Play Now will give you six months pay. That’s half of your entire contract. Please…just go.
George: You see if I stay the whole year, I get it all.
That's the problem after George got fired by the New York Yankees after some despicable deed.
I would definitely add George giving out fake charity Christmas gifts to his employees at Kruger. It's especially bad, because George knows how shitty a thing it is do when Tim Watley had first done it to him, he decides to do it to dozens of people (who actually gave him good gifts).
The Human Fund!! Money for People! 😂
Nuts!!
I don't think Watley did it with a fake charity tho, did he?
George only handed out fake charity gifts cause his family doesn't celebrate Christmas 🎄
They celebrate Festivus
Love when Susan dies from the envelopes and George is just like alright let’s get some coffee and that’s the end of that. Can’t make it up
they did....
Since all of them are known for being horrible, I’m surprised the list is only 10. I can’t pick the best, but Elaine was my favorite, so I enjoy all her moments. As a person in a wheelchair, I laughed HYSTERICALLY at the faulty wheelchair
It’s the fact that almost all of the episodes could have been on this list, Elaine getting her friend to break-up with her boyfriends, because one talked with a high pitched voice and the other talked to much definitely was worthy of the list, and what about the man Jerry got sent back to his home country?
Getting Uncle Leo busted for shoplifting when he tried returning the toilet book was pretty bad
Also Elaine leaving the muffin tops at the homeless shelter was pretty cold too lol
Uncle Leo didn't take anything into the toilet, he just tucked the books in his coat pocket.
George was the one trying to return the book. Leo was shoplifting
Uncle Leo deserved to get busted, he was a repeated burglar offender. Plus Elaine had given the stumps with good intentions.
@@Cookieboy70 It was a crime of passion!
The homeless shelter got the bottom parts of the muffins, because the cafe she opened only sold the top parts, because that's presumably the best part of the muffin. In real life, that would be an appreciated charitable gesture. It's not as if they're poisoned or otherwise damaging to one's health. Real restaurants probably throw out much better food than that at the end of each day.
Also another thing that Elaine did wrong out of petty was when she was dating a guy that had a name of a serial killer so she keeps insisting that he had to change his name and when he finally decides to do that Elaine decides to break up with him because he didn’t wanted to change his name to one that Elaine offered/liked
The tennis racquet. She should have just said "hey, sorry, need my raquet.". So over the top 🤣
Oh.
Absolutely nothing wrong with that.
George was callous about Susan’s death but it was a total accident. There was no malice aforethought, as they say, and cheapness isn’t negligence.
Elaine suggested OJ. Good name.
I’m actually quite surprised that you were able to narrow it down to 10. I have a feeling that will be seen the volume 2 of this list sometime in the future
AND volume 3, 4, etc...
When I moved from NYC to Philly in early 1992, SEINFELD was at its height. People would ask me if New York was really like it was depicted on the show...nobody asked me if the people there were anything like Jerry, George, Elaine and Kramer
1 a. GEORGE TRIES TO GET A DATE WITH MARISSA TOMEI AFTER SUSAN'S FUNERAL...OMFG THATS MESSED UP AND COLD 🥶
This should’ve been a top 20 list
George didnt know the envelopes were poisoned, so instead number 1 should be george being happy that his fiancee died. Thats meesed up.
And he asked Marisa Tomei out right after
Then there’s also where Elaine & Jerry were trying to keep David & Beth apart
The episode where Kramer made a salad in his shower drain and shared it with the germophobes. 🤪
You know, I used to think Jason Alexander was greedy for always insisting on more money, but after considering all the times he had to play such a pathetic character, I've started empathizing with his plight.
Let's face it,the Seinfeld" gang are all a bunch jerks but we wouldn't have it any other way 😂
I have always loved the scene where Jerry steals the marble rye from the old lady because it’s actually quite out of character for him to be that ridiculous. I also love how in another episode, I don’t know if it’s that season or the next season, when he goes to visit his parents in the retirement village, he meets the old lady who he had previously robbed, and she eventually recognizes him.
Don't forget about the finale as well.
Even if the main four weren’t exactly that friendly to the naked eye and messed up from time to time, most of the people they interacted with weren’t exactly angels either
For all the horrible stuff the Seinfeld gang did over the years, they’re still saints compared to the “It’s Always Sunny” gang.
For a show about nothing, there was ALWAYS something potentially wrong going on with hilarious results.
Ok I don't watch much or almost any Seinfeld, it was before my time, but I completely lost it at 'Eat hickory' transition in this video.
Lmao!!
Don't forget that in the final episode, Susan's parents learn George reacted with suppressed jubilation at her death. They rightfully call George a murderer.
Lol this show is crazy. Love it. Kramer has to be my favorite because of how crazy he is and a mooch. George has done the most messed up stuff out of all of them. Elaine always thinks she's doing the right thing but isn't and is shallow. Jerry seemingly goes on with all of them but probably the most level headed of them all lol 😆
Oh boy watchmojo top 10 👍
Yep alot of times they tend to be off but this one was pretty solid.
The worst thing George has ever done was hide the holiday Festivus" from the world for so long, "I've got a lot of grievances with you people!" 😂
Even Kramer thought that holiday was fucking nuts
I remember the episode when Elaine ruined the Soup Nazi's life. She stole his secret recipes.
That's one of the reason why Yev Kassem has trust issues. And also because of Kramer.
"NO SOUP FOR YOU!"
She didn't steal the recipes. The SN forgot them in the armoire he gave to Kramer.
@@dammitimmad9121That's Kramer; what was he thinking?!
I was shocked in the episode where George drags the Yankee's championship trophy behind his car, essentially destroying it.
One of the few times I stood against George
It was heartbreaking seeing babu bhatt constantly getting screwed over for no reason
How about the time Kramer took George to a alternative healer to cure his tonsils, and ended up turning George's face purple.
That was well deserved karma despite best intentions on Kramer’s part.
Im surprised Kramer doesnt have more moments here like that one time he told Jerry about exploiting the post and when he got in trouble Kramer just ditched him and went on his way.
lol - this is why everyone loves Seinfeld
The one I immediately thought of was #6. Assault an innocent defenseless old woman is inexcusable. I also thought of digging up the grave as seen in the honorable mentions. One that was not on the list was Jerry killing the doves of Kramer's magician girlfriend by dumping water on them because they were making too much noise at night.
The digging up the grave one was also unnecessary. The dug up the pet because it had swallowed the key to a strongbox. It turns out it's not even locked! George enters Jerry's apartment asks "What's in the salad crisper?" And he nonchalantly opens it.
they also stole vinyles of another old man in another episode (while George attemped the young girl who worked there). distgusting.
She was Jerry's girlfriend
All Kramer's fault
She was evil, that old lady could go to hell for all I care
I think when “burned down the cabin” should’ve had a spot on the list other than playing with collectible toys.
That was an accident though, everything else is on purpose.
@@Rako_the_Awesome Das’ true
@@Rako_the_Awesome But #1 wasn't even on purpose! George had no idea that the wedding invitations had toxic glue.
@@johnanderson9765 it wasn't that. it was how they responded to it that was offensive. even in the season 8 premiere you see how callous george was about her
Jerry roofied his girlfriend to play with those toys. There's gotta be some long term psychological damage after she found out.
The Golden Girls did a similar episode about buying art from someone who they thought was going to die, but it turned out he needed a rare blood donor and Sophia saved his life.
That's kind of the opposite.
@@johnanderson9765 but it’s still the same theme. And they hated the guy, that’s why they were disappointed that he survived. You would have to watch the episode.
This show’s ending must be one of the best ever ;-)
to be fair, some of the people they meet can be equally bad, pretty much everyone in this show is selfish one way or another
So true! Almost every guy Elaine dated was a jerk. And just random people like the man who refused to look at his watch to tell George the time. Really gives New Yorkers a bad reputation.
I would say Kramer telling George to park in the Handicap space ( Truthfully out of the 4 you don't want advice its Kramer ) Kramer's frack record speak for itself. From telling Jerry & George used the mall's parking lot as a bathroom to telling Jerry to dig up a dead bird to get Kramer's key you better stay away from Kramer.
#4 laughing (and filming) at an active crime. A joke back in 1998. Reality in current society.
If Seinfeld was made today it would be It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia
Video idea. The Seinfeld Gang vs the It's Always Sunny Gang. Who's the Worst Gang?
The Always Sunny gang would win, but only because they were able to get away with that content since Seinfeld was portraying their deeds on prime time television slot, in a much tamer era on a national broadcasting network… Sunny came after Seinfeld had paved the way, is doing it on a small cable television network at later hours.
Sunny pretty much coped Seinfeld. Not that thats bad. Not being rude. I think frank on sunny, is more or less FDR in seinfeld. So many obv connections.
@@woahnightfall Romanowski?
@@woahnightfall They have so many connections, if I ever have time, I'm going to make a compilation. Mac even says "Rochelle, Rochelle" at one point.
@@Cookieboy70 I think Frank on Sunny is more like Frank Costanza. Is that what you meant? FDR was only on one episode.
When George left his car at work to make them think he was working really hard, then had Jerry go take the flyers off the windshield
Jerry, it's Frank Costanza. Mr. Steinbrenner's here, George is dead, call me back.
How has nobody mentioned when George Drugged his boss?! "He might keel over" 🤣
To sum it up, Kramer was the best of the gang, he has such a good heart
But the dumbest.
This is why I love the finale episode of the series when they get arrested. All that horrible shit they did over the course of the series actually bites them in the ass in the end. Everyone they screwed over gets a chance to rake them over the coals and it's fucking great.
You are bitter
I have never watched Seinfeld but interestingly i can relate to the main characters a lot. I don't think I am as terrible as them but i have often behaved how they behave in the show. 🤔
Michael Richards shouting the n word during his comedy set about a hundred times instantly torpedoing his career cuz it was recorded & went viral...
They forgot to mention George calling Marisa Tomei the night before the funeral
Or George going on a date with Marisa when he was engaged.
George: “I’m sort of engaged”.
Marisa: “What?“
George: I’m, you know, *awkward hand movements* engaged.
*Maria smacks George in the face*
I have to say nos. for and six were the worst. Regarding no. 1, it's not as if George knew the adhesive was toxic.
The lady talking to Jerry about the handicap spot may look familiar. That's Mimi from The Drew Carey Show
The worst thing they ever did was go off the air. God, I miss this show.
I can't believe you are only making a top 10 list. This could easily be Watchmojo's first top 50 list
Top 10 Worst Things That Happen to Timmy Turner
Examples:
Accused of Being a Shoplifter (Inspection Detection)
Getting Attacked by a Groundhog (Fools Day Out)
Bad Experience As An Adult (The Big Problem)
His Parents Constantly Neglecting Him (Various Episodes)
top 10 worst that happen to Timmy turner yep that video
"Poor Lily" Okay, they was just mocking her there
No, he’s just that aloof
I've been watching "Seinfeld", since I was little! I feel bad for George's fiancé's death!🙁
I'm sorry that George's girlfriend didn't want to see him anymore, after knocking people over to escape a fire🔥. I smiled at the part when George was caught in the apartment holding rye bread with a fishing pole🎣.🙂
At least, Kurt saved his money when Elaine didn't want to marry him, anymore.
Why am I not surprised that George is responsible for both of these.
The worst thing Elaine ever did was to show off, as George put it, the “full body dry heave set to music” that she calls ‘dancing’. 🤣
How is bad dancing malicious?
@@johnanderson9765 because we the audience die laughing. As "bad"as Monica's dancing (Friends) or Phoebe's guitar playing/singing or Ross's bagpipe playing.
All of the bad stuff they have done just proves that the finale is the ending that is the best and totally deserved for the 4 characters after their past bad deeds
Jerry ruined Babu business got him deported Elaine put Papi in the hospital this should be a top 20
But Jerry didn't do anything to Babu on purpose. He had the best of intentions when he suggested Babu convert the restaurant to Pakistani cuisine. And it wasn't his fault that Babu didn't get his visa application.
@paulj6756 He still a very, very, bad, bad man, though.
How about Kramer stealing lobsters and then George putting them in the eggs of the Jewish woman (Jews can’t eat lobster) for revenge?
Lmfao that was fucked
I hate how the last episode gets arrested for a Good Samaritan that they never knew about, which was why that was one of the worst episode of Seinfeld ever
Also the fact that everyone of the “witnesses“ their testimony was not relevant to the case at hand. Second good Samaritan law says even if you decide not to entervien you cannot be charged. I know for plot wise they decided to charge them criminally for breaking a law that they didn’t even know about. Which in itself is a whole litany of arguments. The whole episode ended horribly it should’ve ended with them Found not guilty and then going off and that was it. I know that would’ve been a weird ending for Seinfeld but still the whole premise in plotline and everything about that episode is just awful.
@@thebossjasonwilliams I know this is why I hate seinfeld because it always ends up bad for everyone in every episodes so far
@@thebossjasonwilliams My thoughts, EXACTLY!
I’ll play Devil’s Advocate. Because we’re following the main characters, you’re meant to sympathize with whatever they’re going through. I like the finale because when you look back at the entire show, you realize these are some of the worst people in the world.
@@rmoore2nd619 so what some those people from the past either caused or started the issue in the first place and most did involve the Cast members, but still, most of those people are the bad guy and making the cast look like it's all there fault for the trouble
TBH for number 1 I have to defend George because it’s the store where he bought the envelopes
@Quest Langcaster well TBH I only saw that clip on UA-cam
Out of all 4, Kramer's misdeeds aren't as frowned upon since half his brain is getting wedgied by the rest of his cerebral cortex.
He gets away with everything because of that, which is not fair
I share Elaine's utter disdain for dogs that bark do nothing but bark incessantly. The only thing worse are their vile owners who do NOTHING to quite them...EVER. They should be jailed.
Dropping a junior mint in a surgical cavity? Causing a commotion at a funeral with a "double dip"? There was at least no harm done in the former case, but the latter was lower than low as far as I can see.
NO SOUP FOR ANY OF THEM!!
somehow kramer is the most innocent 😂😂
Dont forget the oil incident and that he blamed it all on his intern... who "went away" for a long time because of it...
Taking the Steinbrenner birthday card- after it was encased in glass- from the sick boy in the hospital. Yes, Kramer needed to give it back to George after he misunderstood what George was doing with it.
I still hold Kramer responsible for the parrot incident in "The Strongbox."
Yeah, Jerry was wrong for trying to dig up it's carcass, but he's not the one who killed it.
@@johncoxmastercartoonist9390 and the flag incident
@Quest Langcaster The recipient of the wheelchair testified. Kramer felt guilty enough for the predicament he helped cause.
For me, both the masseuse and the toy episodes both being metaphors for assault are kind of pushing it and I'm not usually like that. They both had funny moments, but the underlying subject matter is kind of disturbing that they would make fun of that.
8:16 number four seems fair that should be more in real life, arresting people for laughing at an active crime
Newman has on a depression era swimsuit🤣
When Elaine ate ordered Chinese in a janitor supply room then later in day had the jazz musician eat her out ‘numbed’ his mouth & couldn’t make his catchy tune. Lol 😂
I like Seinfeld but I can’t watch more two episodes in a row before becoming quite uncomfortable with their lack of humanity. It’s unsettling how this show was for many years called the best show ever. Just like Breaking Bad, the popularity says a LOT of what we are as a society.
I was hoping that the Puerto Rican flag incident would be on here somewhere.
@TheRapper10000
Ah, okay. I see now that it was a list of things they've done deliberately.
That scream rolling down the hill in the wheelchair makes me WEAK 😂😂😂😂😂
Now they're gonna use this video as evidence in the final episode of the show lol
I knew instantly that Susan's death would be number 1. Aside from the birthday fire, that was George at his absolute worst.
Thanks you for your video and channel
How is taking someone’s rye worse than taking someone’s dog???????!!
If you leave your dog out all night in the cold barking, you deserve to have your dog taken away from you.
@@Cookieboy70 true, but they toke him to some random place with no food
It's worse because the victim was an innocent, defenseless old woman who Jerry brutally assaulted, and also the fact that it wasn't necessary, since the Rosses noticed it was missing and caught George. That should have been #1.
@@johnanderson9765 oh ok
How about that time Elaine spent $10,000 more than her boss ok’d on jfk’s golf clubs (he told her it’s OK to spend up to $10,000, and she spent $20,000) & then LEFT THEM IN JERRYS CAR even though he dropped her off at her apartment door! & because of her carelessness & disregard for her boss’s $, they were stolen!! I’ll never understand how she wasn’t fired for this, or charged.
Kramer Lobster Poaching and later ate the Lobsters in the Hamptons in Long Island New York
I disagree with the finale episode considering the cop did absolutely nothing about the mugging, but was right at the group. As bad as they are, its pretty dumb to go out like that. Also it may realistically be hard for them to do that because they could get hurt.
After reading these comments this definitely should have been a top 20 list.
#5: Isn't that Mimi from "The Drew Carey Show"?
Yes Kathy Kinney
The real culprit in Susan's untimely death was Larry and Jerry, who killed off Jerry character. They felt Heidi Swedberg's comedic timing didn't work well with Jason and the other actors.
The phone emergency phone call, breaking up with the bald guy, faking the medical condition, drugging the girl to play with the toys we're nothing in the Seinfeld grab bag of despicableness. What about what they did to Babu, the Bubble Boy, and poor ol Jon Paul Jon Paul
11:08
The actions of devaluing collectors items is foolish.
Top Ten Worst Things Fans of Various Communities Have Ever Done
How come the honorable mentions for the top spot never make the list at all?
They’re not honorable mentions for the top spot. They are for the list in general but others were worse. If there’s a second list most of those would be on it.
They are the worst 🙄
Love them all 😅
Something that should have been mentioned is that Jerry later encountered the woman he stole the marble from in Florida while he was visiting his parents
Elaine overbidding on the JFK golf clubs and then leaving them in Jerry's car. When Jerry's car gets stolen by his crazy mechanic the golf clubs get thrown out of the car and ruined. They shouldn't have been left in the car in the first place. Then she ate the piece of wedding cake that Peterman had paid a lot of money for. Elaine was NOT a good employee.
Actually all the awful things the foursome did warranted IMO a minimum 5 year sentence instead of the 1 year one the judge gave them in the finale especially the following: soliciting a hit on a dog; putting a popular soup vendor out of business out of spite; mugging an older woman for a loaf of marble rye bread - that indirectly bit Jerry in the butt twice; "accidentally" running into a woman in a sauna to find out whether her breasts were natural or augmented by implants; knocking down party guests, including an older woman with a walker to escape a fire; making out in a movie theatre while viewing Schindler's List; filming a carjacking, mocking the victim in the process without bothering to even call 911 on his behalf - Jerry had a cellphone and could have easily discretely called 911 - while he was doing so they could have continued filming it as evidence but kept their mouths shut about the victim's girth.
Or maybe the company shouldn't make something that people lick out of toxic chemicals
6:31 I swear it's a reference to a Tales from the crypt episode, where that same old lady just shrug to the camera saying "I'm just an old bag".
It struck me when i saw this episode the other day. I can totally understand that Jerry and/or Larry David are fans from Tales from the crypt. It's such an awesome, well-written show as well.
Keep it up on your work and this video and channel
George tried to explain that he wasn't handicapped until the private bathroom was mentioned.
Killing off Susan was Julia Louis Dryfuss’s idea, they all had poor comic timing with the actress who played Susan. One day while coming up with ideas with the writers, especially for how to handle George & Susan’s wedding, Julia just blurted out, “Why don’t we just kill her?” So they did.
A surprising amount of Seinfeld is based on real life things that happened to the actors and writers, Spike Feresten was the one that met Al Yeganeh, the REAL Soup N*zi, when he worked for David Letterman. When he was work on his very first episode of Seinfeld he was talking about the soup place with Jerry and Larry David, they both went “Write about that, that’s your episode!” Funny thing is once that episode was out, and Spike took Jerry and some other people from Seinfeld to Al’s soup shop, Al put two and two together, tore into all of them and threw them out!
Susan's death was also way for Larry David to go out with a bang. He had planned to leave the show after that episode and end the series. He did leave, but Seinfeld continued for another season.
@@johnanderson9765 the show lasted long after Susan's Death
@@jenlindley7780 My mistake, it was two seasons.
Top 10 Worst Things Orel Puffington Ever did in Moral Orel
Great video EXCEPT for one mistake. The handicapped woman broke up with Kramer BEFORE her brakes went out on the used chair.
I think the Seinfeld finale would've been great for Everybody Loves Raymond. Ray, Frank, and Marie would be on trial for doing the exact same thing that Jerry, George, Elaine, and Kramer did. Perfect testimonies would be Debra, Robert, Bernie, Linda, Jimmy the fruit guy, Frank and Marie's retirement home people, their neighbors, Frank's lodge buddies, Bill Parker, and Peggy. Debra would abandon Ray, Frank, and Marie, take the kids with her and Ray would be sentenced to a year in prison, while Frank ad Marie would go to a loony bin where they would be forced to live for the rest of their lives.
