    저도 롤케이크 만들어봤는데 쉽지는 않더라고요. 하지만 저도 제과제빵사가 꿈이여서 영상도 자주보고있어요!

    음음음음~ 너무 맛있어 보여요~ 크리미한 바르는거...(?) 버터 크림...(?)이 너무 부드러워보이고, 롤 바깥 쪽도... 너부 부드러워 보여서 한 입 베어물면 바로 샤랴락하고 녹아버릴것 같아요!!

      다른 사각팬을 사용하셔도 되는데 틀 크기에 따라 반죽양과 굽는 시간을 조절해주시면 좋을 것 같아요~

    Hi cooking tree, I trily to make this cake yesterday. I want to ask how can I keep the top layer part intact after I flip it to remove the paper? Because when I flip to remove the paper immediately after I take it out from the oven, the upper layer is sticking. Therefore my roll cake is 'naked'

    I made this meringue, then added butter and it was so thick, it was almost only butter. Are you sure, it's 30g egg whites and 100g butter in the filling?(like it is said in the description of the video).

      italian and swiss meringue buttercreams are much more buttery than regular american buttercream, those measurements look right for the first two

      @@spudgut5871 yes, but you can see that when she pours the cream on the cake it's not thick (like i got it when i tried this recipe), it's more liquid. So i assumed, that may be she made a mistake when she wrote a recipe for the video and description (it seems like there should be more white eggs and less butter in the cream).

      올리브오일은 향이 있어서 베이킹에는 잘 사용하지 않는 것 같아요~
      해바라기씨유, 포도씨유, 카놀라유 등 향이 없는 오일을 사용하시면 됩니다~

      you have to use teflon sheet, so that cake skin doesn't stick (like she did in the video).
