So I tried this recipe last night. The cake was beautifully baked, although I baked mine only for 20 mins since my current oven is hotter than other ovens that I used before. It came out fine. If you are baking this in USA, I baked the cake sheet at 325 degree Fahrenheit after I preheated the oven at 350 degree Fahrenheit. Also, as for the butter, DO MAKE SURE you SOFTEN the BUTTER before starting to beat. I left the butter at room temp as instructed in this video but since it's cold nowadays, the butter did not get creamy and it got all chunky when I added heavy cream into the butter and condensed milk mixture. I managed to save the mixture by microwaving them for about 30 seconds. It was still dissatisfactory result, but it became somewhat creamy. I will try this again before Christmas...

leaving the top of the strawberries inside with the green bits of stem and white part intact is a bit of a choice. Whenever I make this I always core the strawberries a little so that the tip of one fits into the hole I made and they link together like legos or something
Such a nice video, as always! I keep wondering why the cake doesn't break in half trying to roll it. I have to add a bit of honey to the mix to prevent that. Maybe it's my oven hahahaha.
The best thing to do is to roll it while it’s hot, and add the butter crème later (you can roll it open again, so the shape is already formed). It’s not your oven😋

쿠킹트리님, 이번에 베이킹을 시작하게된 초보인데요 ㅠㅠ… 열심히 만들었는데 결과가 너무.. ㅠ 충격이라 도움을 요청드려요. 왜이런 걸까요? 1. 버터크림을 만들려고, 연유/무염버터/생크림 을 넣고 휘핑기로 저엇는데 아무리 해도 영상처럼 걸쭉한 크림이 되지 않아요. 약간의 점성은 있는데 물처럼 흘러요. 그래서 크림을 빵 겉면에 바를 수가 없어요.. ㅠㅠ 2. 빵안에 크림을 바르고 냉장보관 30후 다시 겉면에 딸기크림을 바르고 냉장20분 보관 후, 꺼냈는데…. 세상에 빵을 갈라보니 안에 부드러워야 할 생크림이 딱딱하게 굳어 빵과 분리됩니다. 너무 느끼해서, 냉장고에 오래둔 딱딱해진 생크림케이크의 생크림 먹는 것 같았어요 😢😢😢 왜이러는 건가요?? 😢😢 다섯시간동안 만들었는데 너무 결과가 죄절스러워서 , 어떻게 하면 좋을지 도움 부탁드려요 쿠킹 트리님 ㅠㅠㅠ

굽는 시간이 충분하지 않으면 윗면이 부드러워서 잘 벗겨지는 것 같아요~
그리고 테프론시트나 유산지에 식물성 오일을 조금 발라 시트 윗면에 올려 뒤집어 식히고 그 상태 그대로 크림을 바르고 말면 괜찮더라구요~

Can the cake flour be replaced with gluten free flour? Or it will change the texture of it?
I think the texture of the cake and the concentration of the dough can be different if you use other flour~
