@@tinachxx110you are correct. A lot of people confuse puffiness with bags. The difference is that puffiness can be massaged because it’s just built up water retention whereas bags are prolapsed fat pockets that have to be surgically removed.

This is totally not backed by research. It’s about how fat pads change with age. Moving your face more just like emoting more will cause more creases and wrinkles. Just lift weights many times a week and eat eggs fruits and veggies.
I am my own research h and I approve this factual info according to trying it and not waiting for science to " back it up" everyone should know lifting weights and rating healthy is a good idea but running us also considered healthy. Have you heard the term runners face? It's a problem, eating veggies wouldn't be enough but this face yoga would be.

This does work but please be careful. You can look very manly if you do too many facial exercises. Take it slow.
Face yoga will not cause you to look manly, it will help you have a tighter more defined face.
