- Jose Feliciano & Tommy Emmanuel play "Pegao" 1993 + "Light My Fire" at Australian TV.
"Pegao" is a famous instrumental composed by #josefeliciano and part of his great 1970 album "Fireworks" which was a great sales success in the charts in Australia at that time. Young #tommyemmanuel became a great fan of Jose and a great guitarist and re-recorded this song.

It amazes me - this Pegao thing, is really blood stirring every time it's played live by José Feliciano, but every album I bought with a "high quality" studio rendition of it, is almost dead inside. Same notes, same player, but... the soul is not there!

I think if you love Tommy Emmanuel and Jose Feliciano and their knowledge for more and more new people you MUST love if someone shared their art to more people. New technologies and social media works with this logic.Modern artists work for this logic for shared his arts. Open Your point view. This is art of Emmanuel and Feliciano not your. And If You add in a social web video you do it to make it known to the world, not to keep it as if it were your property ... otherwise you keep it in your pc-
Well I love Jose and the more people who can appreciate his talent the better. However, this is more to do with a Channel playing a numbers game for their own ego - it is naive to suggest his deeds are strictly noble and with Jose in mind (I did notice the re-editing to over 9 mins leading to the impression that is a longer version which means people are falsely led to believe it is additional material when in fact Pegao is repeated - so this was done with a very competitive motive) and since I only just put this video up it really is very uncool and impolite to do that, even though it not my 'art' as you say. if he asked me politely and phrased it nicely re Jose I probably would have agreed and been ok about it. I do have some more Jose on Australian TV but will certainly not be sharing on YT thanks to Top100Guitarist.
Probably want to emphasize the nice duet with Tommy Emmanuel in Pegao more than the rest .. Anyway you can take more videos from his and other channels of Jose Feliciano and repeat and shared more them on your own channel. Is a positive thing for a true artist if more and more people know him ;) Many people had to this with my video of Jose then I published here from my old personal archive and I'm happy if someone do it,
