+Meliney Alright gotcha! I too had tried this method for my videos but did not add any waxing paper nor applied extra top coat, I just colored over the stamped design and quickly stamped it on my nails
+tazzy801 Yes that does work also, I do it on my channel as well as this method by adding a top coat in order to get a decal- it's called advanced stamping method.
You have a brachydactyly type d thumb!!!! On your left hand...I have them on both hands...Megan Fox has one too. 1 in 1000 people have them!! Did you know it was a thing?
I like the other things you did in different ways in your videos I like this one and mabe more I only know this one I will see more same times and I will
how many hours does this take? just wondering cause I want to try this technique for my 9 year olds birthday party and all the kids want their nails done. we have some time. it is a sleepover. but I just want to know
+Vicky Preece i use whatever thats closest to me haha any kind of scissors will do. the one i used in the video is for trimming i think never really use it but it was in reach when i was filming so i used it. its got a curve and not so practical for this kind of thing. i suggest to use a normal straigt pair of scissors. it will have better control when you cut.
Should be able to, since you can let it dry overnight. Make a bunch in advance, store them somewhere dry and where they can lay flat and not get damaged. Good luck 👍
I'm looking to make my own wraps but the link for this set didn't want to work for me today. Is this item still an option? Shipping to the US? Ideas for similar in the US? Love your website by the way. A girl could get lost and go completely broke if she weren't careful lol
This is a really nice idea on creating your own nails wraps, but I dont think I could wait untill the next day for them to fully dry. Can a nail drying spray be used for this method as well?
+Meliney I've heard they do not store very well for long periods of time because they become brittle and less "bendy". And then it's hard to apply them onto the nail. I've never actually tested this theory tho but it makes sense. I have done my own sticker nail art project where I used one of your designs as my inspiration. :) I couldn't freehand it so I made my own stickers... you can check out my project here if anyone is interested... www.pinterest.com/pin/439875088583009935/ . I just recently got the idea to try the technique in this video and I'm excited to give it a go. So much easier than the way I originally tried it. Thanks.
You don't have to put a top coat over the image. Just paint your nail with polish or an adhesion polish. Wait till it turns tacky, gently lift the edges and then roll the image onto your nail. Easiest application ever. Yeah, I know...4.5 years too late.
For anyone wondering the paper method is the easiest!☺️
Thanks for explaining so well.
Love your tutorials. 😊
you show it very well and easier and what I forgot to do. thank you for a job well done.
Before I watched this video I didn't know what a nail wrap was then when I watched it I was like oh wait I've been doing this technique for years! XD
AIN'T NOBODY GOT TIME FO DAT'

Crazy!! Cool!
Cool!👌
That is so cool. 😀

+S&M SASHA did it work that way? didn't it get messy?
+tazzy801 Yes that does work also, I do it on my channel as well as this method by adding a top coat in order to get a decal- it's called advanced stamping method.
+KPoppin' Nails thank you, i will check it out :)
These look gorgeous! Not gonna lie, you're way more patient than me 😅
Hi I'm Melanie, nice to meet you Meliney :) great vids
what paper did you use for putting the clear polish
+xHappzx I did not know that the nail drying spray was made of oil! I learn something hehe

Nice
Lovely Meliney 💅🏻 TFS - could you let me know what scissors you use to cut your decal (nail wrap)? Thanks love your videos 🇦🇺👍🏻

+Vicky Preece --The tiny curved scissors are eyebrow trimming scissors.
Niceeee
can you make videos often you are so talent
Would you have to utilize the nail polish that accompanies the plates or could you use regular polish?
+its.red32 the stamping part use stamping polish. for filling in the colors you can use normal nail polish.
+Meliney Makes sense, but thank you!
lot of time is needed for this
What kind of nail polish do you use???
❤
awesome.....very nice
Can you make
nail decals and save them for a while before using?

+S&M SASHA I don't think so, then I don't thik they would stick to the nail, because nail drying spray is oil
+S&M SASHA you dont need a whole night. just let it dry for an hour and thats enough. or you can do alot at once and use it when you need them :)
+Meliney I've heard they do not store very well for long periods of time because they become brittle and less "bendy". And then it's hard to apply them onto the nail. +Ostaralore I think you're right. would dry out too much
+xHappzx you can store it in a zip lock bag :)
nail wraps? isn't that just reverse or advance stamping technique that U cut into the same size as your nails? *remind me if i'm wrong
Where would the products come from like where do you live???
Early !
I always try to do this but my nails are naturally extremely curved so this is super hard for me ugh
OMG... Don't use a metal edged scraper on your plates... they will scratch them terribly!!!
Soo its gonna take 10 days just to do both hands!?!?
Looooool
hey
aew
:-)
