What a fabulous idea! This is perfect. I was just watching an older video by Robin Moses about transferring news print as a background. She used Japanese news print with cherry blossoms.... I thought perfect for next spring, but where am I to get a Japanese news paper? Problem sved now! Thank you.

I really enjoyed the video thanks. I also realized I do not want to do this as Id hate all the fumbling with the decal paper. Trying to figure out how to transfer a pen line art onto nails without having to draw directly on the nail.

Hey Jackie! If it's a patterned picture that you plan to cut up an out on you nails the 2 inches by 3 inches should be fine. However, if what to fit more of the design on your nails the I would go smaller.

Great idea! I just have one question. You state on the video that you used clear nail polish. Did you put that on the decal? My decal paper says to coat decals with acrylic spray. I'm confused! lol Thanks!

Darlene DeWitt . If you bought waterrslide decal paper all you have to do after you print your design is coat it with clear nail polish and let it dry. It probably says to use acrylic spray because waterrslide decal paper is used to add designs to plates and such. If you use it for your nails you only need clear nail polish. I hope that helps 😊

blackberries_and_roses You can only use each sheet once. That's what I try to find a lot of patterns to fill up the page. If not I just fill up half the sheet and then cut and save the blank half and use it the next time I have half a sheet worth of patterns.

No, you can use regular scissors or nail clippers. I have also used my cuticle pusher to gently cut off the excess. I hope that helps.
