A ghost is the soul or spirit of a dead person or animal that can appear to the living. In ghostlore, descriptions of ghosts vary widely from an invisible presence to translucent or barely visible wispy shapes, to realistic, lifelike forms. The deliberate attempt to contact the spirit of a deceased person is known as necromancy, or in spiritism as a séance. Other terms associated with it are apparition, haunt, phantom, poltergeist, shade, specter or spectre, spirit, spook, wraith, demon, and ghoul.
The belief in the existence of an afterlife, as well as manifestations of the spirits of the dead, is widespread, dating back to animism or ancestor worship in pre-literate cultures. Certain religious practices-funeral rites, exorcisms, and some practices of spiritualism and ritual magic-are specifically designed to rest the spirits of the dead. Ghosts are generally described as solitary, human-like essences, though stories of ghostly armies and the ghosts of animals rather than humans have also been recounted. They are believed to haunt particular locations, objects, or people they were associated with in life. According to a 2009 study by the Pew Research Center, 18% of Americans say they have seen a ghost.
This is a cute way of bringing this sad story to life. Good job Harrison and Scott!

Harrison did a great job! And he's a sweet young man to help you out! I look forward to these videos. This one was surprising, as until "Willie" showed up I thought you were telling a real story. It's becoming your forte on Halloween! Noone else does anything like what you do! Of coarse I've also been watching Michael & Jessica at Grimm Life Collective, another great channel! So the two channels along with Faces Of The Forgotten have kept my Halloween happy. Although I'll be ready to get back to the Pop Culture & Old Hollywood videos when the 31st is over. Then it's the countdown to my favorite holiday. No not the one with turkey, I'll be making that tomarrow. Why???? Because my husband is getting ready for minor heart surgery on the 3rd of November and he wants turkey. I try to be a good wife!
Anyway this was my Halloween surprise and I enjoyed it. Just so you know....your supposed to ask questions of the spirits and allow them to answer, lol! I know you don't believe, but I have 2 instances in my past, actually 3 that would change your mind very quickly! Trust me you really don't want to be chosen to see such things! It is very nerve wracking, because you never know when or where it will occur! So please Scott, don't tempt fate!

You should stay at the St James hotel in Redwing Minnesota ! I have stayed there twice and both time I did experience something unexplainable. Beautiful hotel btw !! At night you can explored the basement unaccompanied ! Take your ghost meter.

This is so great, but maybe next time, you should take somebody who knows more of the paranormal cuz sometimes, you have to trigger ghosts to make them manifest or answer you. It's not so easy to find evidence but you're on track!
