Hey Hannah, love your videos, I cannot find any update on the Advanced Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (ANPR) from February 17, 2022, issued by the (FTC) ?? Can you make a video on it please???
Tbh, I don't hate the cats at all, but I do find it mildly annoying when she stops the video dead to apologize for them. It's fine. They're clearly not going anywhere. Just keep doing your video.
I love Zeke's interruption because he usually seems wanting to have a conversation, not just meowing at random. I genuinely tought he said, "Hello?" at 49:18.😂
@@blue-hawaii-mc4vf it doesn’t annoy me but you have point…maybe she could just introduce them as her co-hosts, 😂. I have a tiny lady cat so love seeing these big snuggly cats.
YES! I sometimes put on the horror story playlist to fall asleep to. Just gotta make sure it’s on a playlist and not on auto-play. Because, let me tell you, the clips used in the Monat/Beach Body/Herbalife/etc. “opportunity” calls on the top fails videos- which shocking and often hilarious- are not idea for falling asleep.
There's a horror story (I forget the number) where an MLM hun advertised on Craiglist, asked for exchanging various services with her MLM products. I don't remember the name of the MLM, but it seems somebody has tried indeed😂
Last time I had to wait 20 seconds for a Zeke meow. This time it was FORTY NINE minutes. The nay sayers can fluff off somewhere. 😿 And I agree with the person who said that you were funny. You are very witty and funny! ❤
I have terrible acne, even as an adult. For some reason, too many people take this as a cue to tell me what I should be doing with my skin. My chiropractor ended up pressuring me into using essential oils on my acne. I'm not sure if she was in an MLM, but it wouldn't surprise me. Later on, a different chiropractor forced me to go to his antivaxx talk before he would see me. Long story short, I don't trust chiropractors anymore.
You're right not to! Have you read about the origins of chiropractic? It masquerades as a legitimate medical practice but it's not, um, evidence-based, at least not for the most part and not from its outset - its source is a Victorian-era (but American) man who said a ghost told it to him. I'm not making that up unfortunately
That's terrible! There are some crazy chiropractors out there. I've seen some of those. Thankfully, I have found an excellent chiropractor that I've been seeing for years. You need to find a good one that refuses to be in MLMs.
I’ve followed people who have taken the time to address their goof ups. From MLM to even an affiliate partnership with an unethical company, I have nothing but respect when a creator lays it on the table. It keeps the trust in your content
Yes! Especially when the mistake was made in these types of circumstances-early in the career (so inexperienced with brand deals), and in a time of financial insecurity-it's very understandable and I would absolutely applaud someone who had the guts to go back and disavow an old screwup and tell the truth.
For Story 1: It's not hypocritical to learn about something and change your mind, then speak out against it. What WOULD be hypocritical would be to speak out against it and continue to use it. All she needs to do is address her mistake and move on. She would not be and is not a hypocrite for that.
Former Mary Kay rep here! I actually have some insight in regards to the whole 'you won a facial!" and randomly getting her information thing. There are actual official Mary Kay forms that instruct the clients/party attendees to write down the names and numbers of friends they would like to make eligible to 'win' a facial (you were spot on, btw. EVERYONE on the list 'wins' and we are instructed to call every name we receive). We would say things like "write down the names of someone you think deserves a facial!" or "write down the names of anyone who you think would be interested in this opportunity" (🤮) Usually, the different clients/party attendees can win various prizes based on how many names and numbers they are able to write down. I would bet any amount of money that the person from story #2 had a friend write her name down as a referral.
Yeah, this happened to me as someone who attended one of those parties. I felt pressured to write down names when I didn't know anyone who would want a facial. I feel bad for giving out 1 number
Same thing happened to me with the sex you one. I forget the name. I had to write down names. I think I put one. I forget who. If I was ever in the situation again I’d just write fake names and numbers
Can confirm. We also didn't know what we originally had entered for, the rep had left a contest entry jar at the coffee shop I was working at. I figured it was a local spa business, and then we roll up to some lady's house.
@@Younce_Davies same! i felt so stupid the next day because i remembered how mad i was that someone gave someone i didn't know my phone number, but in the moment there was so much pressure to write them down lol
I have to share this because I know this family will understand…my aunt passed last week. A high-school friend of my mom that’s a hun for park lane jewelry saw this on social media. She called my mom whom she’s not talked to in years to ask to post about getting others to host parties in my aunts “honor.” She took the WORST picture of my aunt in the terrible throws of cancer and posted words over it to contact her to host a party to celebrate my aunt. I am just livid about it. To see my aunts death exploited in this way is absolutely heartbreaking to me. I unfriended the lady, but I’m still so upset, and frankly traumatized about it…
An hour long?! Wow. I’m sure that took a lot of time! I know that wasn’t the easiest. But your hard work doesn’t go unnoticed. You and your editor are doing a great job ❤
The Mary Kay story unlocked a memory of my experience with the company... when I was studying abroad in Scotland a few years ago, I was on a student visa, which clearly specified that I was NOT allowed to earn income in the UK during my time there. I was approached on campus by a Mary Kay hun, who enthusiastically informed me that she had a great opportunity to earn money while in school. I informed her that I wasn't legally allowed to work, and she immediately responded that Mary Kay was ok because it wasn't a traditional job. She kept pressuring me even though I repeated that IT WAS ILLEGAL for me to earn an income in the country! She even tried to say I could just not report the income (tax evasion!?!) or I could sign up with her and then take the business back to my home country 😂😭 I finally just gave up and walked away in the middle of her sales pitch. Hun was dedicated, I'll give her that.
Actually, it’s the law that if you ask a food establishment for the nutrition facts, they have to present them to you and they’re supposed to make them readily available.
When the herblife story mentioned a chemist that went to the nutrition store, I was really hoping that they were going there to collect samples and test what is actually in those shakes. That would have been cool.
I feel so lucky that I trusted my gut as a teen: I get out of the mall and see a flier on my car that was advertising a job for $16/hr. For a teen in 2005 this looked awesome. So I call, set up the "interview". I show up and its a group interview. Red flag 1. Then the pitch. I didn't know who cutco was at the time, but I didn't like the idea of basically being a door to door salesman. I grew up in a city so that model would get you punched in the face. Then they said you buy the product yourself and then sell it. I noped out. Said right then not interested and tried to dip out. Im very socially awkward so this was hard to do. She kept trying to manipulate me into trying it. I asked if I get paid for my work per hour, or only off this sell/recruit nonsense. The latter. Very dissapointed that I walked away with no job, and that the ad was a 100% lie. But proud of myself for recognizing the red flags. My dad does financial stuff so he gave me a good lesson on pyramid schemes after I told him how my "interview" went. (Honestly, god bless that man for making me as financially educated as I am)
I went for an interview for cutco as well when I was 16 because I wanted a first job that paid well in 2010. My dad drove me because he didn’t have a good feeling about it, I immediately left mid pitch because the building it was held in was already sketchy, I wasn’t the only one. My dad hugged me and told me that it’s good I left on my own and that my cousin had stayed longer and almost was completely sucked in if it wasn’t for my uncle.
I am also a professional musician (different part of the Industry than the first person) and it is the WORST when people think they can pay you in non-money. Bars, food truck festivals, street fairs - you name it - LOVE to pay us in ‘exposure’. Yes, thank you, my mortgage company accepts $900 exposures so it makes sense that someone would pay me in the same currency. And the worst is that they refuse to understand when you tell them it’s inappropriate and, frankly, insulting. Oh, I can put out a tip cup? Great. I’ll use that $20 to pay for the gas it took me to get here. I know! Next time, I’ll show up to your business and order a beer or food and pay you in social media exposure and you can put out a tip cup for the rest - how about that?
In regard to the Amway story, I can totally understand how a 19 year old would think that was a legit business opportunity at first. I was desperate for work in my late 20s and almost fell for the same thing. And the ex boyfriend reminds me a lot of my ex husband. I am so glad you saw the red flags before that relationship went much further!
Regarding Story 4: #1 Toxic boyfrend, so glad you got rid of him. #2 I would reframe the "Remember the time when you were dumb enough to almost join an MLM" to "Remember the time when you were smart enough to recognize that Amway has an f'd up business model" (Not implying that anyone joining is dumb, of course)
Dual marketing is primarily only used by Mary Kay. They claim it's because "two sales happen: one between MK and the rep, and one between the rep and the customer."
It's amazing the way Mary Kay tell on themselves by calling it a "Hydrasession", evoking imagery of a multi-headed monster. If you sever one hunbot, two new ones will grow in its place!
I love the cats. I have two of my own and one in particular screams whenever I’m doing voice recordings because she thinks I’m talking to her/need her help. Is it infuriating? Yes. Does it make me laugh? Yes. Would it go faster if she’d stop? YES. But…she’s a cat. Some people will never understand lol
I totally agree with your advice on the first story. It’s refreshing to see a public figure take accountability, and I think giving an honest explanation of the situation will be received positively (except by the huns, but that’s ok 😂)
That Mary Kay ploy is straight up insane! Isn't it pretty basic skincare info that everyone should only test out one new product at a time, regardless of how sensitive your skin is? How else will you know what is effective or what is causing your skin to react? Just more proof these sales reps often don't know the basics of the industry they're claiming to be part of.
I the words of CC Suarez when talking about her dog making noises “he lives here and you don’t” don’t apologise for the cats we love them ❤ some people are so bitter 🙄
You *could* do a physical and chemical exfoliation in one sitting, but it's the kind of thing that should be done by a trained professional, licensed by a regulating board, who knows how to see warning signs of a reaction, and how to immediately neutralize and remedy the area. And even then, a wise esthetician should only do a dual exfoliation on a client they have seen several times prior. An unlicensed MK Hon has no business administering peels over a zoom call.
Regarding the Mary Kay hun that said the person won a free session, without any known sign-up: I know from experience that directors buy lists of customers at places like Dave's Bridal and Wedding expos.
When I “won” my free session they told me I won it during a wedding expo. I hadn’t gone to any wedding expos..I’m wondering if it was through our venue or a bridal shop that was David’s Bridal ..I was always unsure of how I “won” if I hadn’t signed up lol
I’m in love the cats camp. Always make me giggle a little when they troll you. Edit: I think you’re one of the UA-camrs that ask what we are doing while we are listening. I’m a lorry driver in the UK yourself and other UA-camrs keep me company while I’m doing all the many miles I do.
i have had food poisoning this weekend and i cannot overstate how calming and soothing your videos are to me. they’ve been on the whole time (even though i’ve seen them all already😅) and i’m so excited for this one!
A comic says funny things; a comedienne says things funny. Your articulacy, vocabulary, and insight make me laugh because you so perfectly identify the nonsense that is multi-level marketing and skewer it with unfailing precision. That’s entertainment! Also, to quote CC Suarez-your cats live there; we don’t. Therefore, no viewer should be offering kittie kriticism! Also also, Cooper and Zeke are adorable.
I love the cats in the video. It makes your videos more "real", because good luck excluding a cat from an activity if you're working in an area without a private door to keep them out. (Although tbf, any cat owner knows they would meow or scratch if you dared to shut a door on them).
Years ago now I was asked out on a date by a cute guy and was super excited about it. We ended up at a conference room with a LARGE group and someone leading a conversation about some pyramid scheme. MY EYES WERE ROOOOLLLING. He took me out for dinner after and didn't shut up about the products and money making opportunity. Needless to say I couldn't wait to go home and never spoke to him again.
Thank you so much for still posting content after having a baby! I know it’s so much work and I don’t know how you’re doing it! Your videos always put a smile on my face and I love listening while I do my chores 🤍
I've recently binged your whole MLM horror stories playlist during my recovery from adult chicken pox. It was awful, I had no energy to even look at a screen or move from the painful blisters but your sweet voice and interesting and educational stories kept me sane. So many thanks Hannah!
I got chicken pox as a kid. Now I am dreading rhe moment I wake up with shingles! I cannot take the med to prevent it due to a chronic illness but if you can I highly suggest it. Almost every person I know who had adult chicken pox got shingles in their 50s - 70's. My buddy Al was miserable for most of the summer 2021!
I’m a dog person, but at various times, my family had up to three stray cats we rescued (not all at once). I enjoy seeing the cats, too. I’m now allergic to both dogs and cats. Life is cruel. *sigh*
Relating to the end comments of story 2: my mom was a director with Mary Kay for almost my whole life, she had my sister and I „help“ by putting together samples for her. Doesn’t take a lot of time if you have your kids do it lol. We also would open up all the new product that she would get in the mail and put her name and contact info on every bottle of skincare, but that’s unrelated.
My mom used to work in the marketing department of a hospital, and I used to help her put together goody bags for health fairs. I have a lot of fond memories of the time I spent doing that. It’s good quality time, provided you don’t have to force your kids. My younger brother never went. He’d have been no help. 😁
In my town Herbalife sponsors the AYSO soccer. Sometimes the jerseys say Herbalife. Always really bothered me that an MLM is getting free promotion from little kids who just want to play soccer.
That Mary Kay hydra session party thing is super common where I live! I went to one many many years ago and was almost identical to the horror story read today! I'm now a licensed esthetician and I absolutely would NEVER advise to do what those MK reps did! Not every skin type is suitable to do a Chem peel, they can even be dangerous plus, MK ingredients? Who knows what's in those products!! Absolutely NOT.
Oh. My. God. I cannot believe they're telling people to use ALL of the products like that!!! You should NEVER use an exfoliant and then a chemical peel. No wonder everyone's skin was burning!! Any experienced esthetician will NEVER do an exfoliant and then a chemical peel. BIG NO NO.
In regards to story two, I can attest that as a naive college student, I got a “free facial” and the hun had me fill out a referral card and I gave her several of my friends’ phone numbers. I didn’t realized what was up until I walked out the door and I was so ashamed 😅
I'm an animal behaviorist, I have 4 cats of my own, work at a shelter, and foster sick/disabled/bite case/feral cats and kittens to get them ready for adoption, so if a cat *isn't* talking in the background, the silence bothers me. And I'm a dog person. 😂 My dogs and foster dogs are just quieter. Also, your videos are on the playlist I use to keep my feral and poorly socialized foster animals company so they get accustomed to the sound of people talking. Your voice is steady, calm, and doesn't have a huge volume range or get TOO worked up, so it's perfect as a baseline to work from. And I can listen to your material while I busy myself around the house in the meantime. 😂
My theory with the Mary Kay thing, and how her number got out is... When you go to a Mary Kay party, you write down 5 people you think would benefit from Mary Kay or want a party, and their phone #. My guess is, she was wanting to find people to fill in her zoom facial calls, and was going through her backlog of phone #. I know this because I was roped into Mary Kay about 6 years ago. Even went to seminar. 😅
To the influencer who regrets their endorsement--I think people will understand. The early days of the pandemic were terrifying and MANY people were scrambling for ways to pay their bills. MLMs took full advantage of it! Hearing the story, I instantly went back to my own fears during that time, and I 100% understand the feeling of doing whatever you have to to survive in that moment. I think a lot of people did things they thought they'd never do (not necessarily unethical, but outside their comfort zone) in those first two years. So, I think your followers will extend you grace because they were in a similar situation, and taking accountability for mistakes is ALWAYS something to be admired, especially when it's hard.
Marykay reps do NOT care about your skins reaction. I got suckered into this garbage and i joined and i specifically asked what to do when someone has a bad reaction. My friend had had a terrible reaction to their lipstick. The marykay rep basically ignored what i said..so i guess thats their strategy.
I WORSHIP THE CATS!!!!!! Even though you go into an empty white room every day and talk to yourself, (as they see it) they still love and stick by you, as do I! and yes, you do have a lovely soothing voice. I am a voiceover actor myself and have made a living for forty five years with my own "soothing" sound! Word to the wise; There is no such thing as "free". Write this down and read it often. I'm horrified by the person who got cold called and trustingly drove to the house of a stranger to ick up product! This could be ANYone and had it been a scammer ( besides the Mary Kay rep) this person could have become the victim of robbery, or worse.
Its not just immediate family guilting us, my aunts sister-in-law who is not related to us and we only see at weddings started to love bomb us and message us about Tupperware, it was so weird to reject her because this women would go and tell my aunt how cheap we were and gossip to relatives. Like we are not related at all, my aunts husabands, brother is married to her, she has no business gossiping about us.
I love the kitties! I wanted to comment on Herbalife. Everytime I've had their shakes I've been sick for hours afterward. Needless to say I won't be consuming them ever again.
Do I love the kitties? Yes! However I have a scar on my cheek because my cat heard Zeke, freaked out, and ran across my face with her claws out. 1cm higher and it would have been my eye 😳. So now I only listen to you in my car
I will say chemical peels normally burn or tingle. I will also say if you can’t handle it, take it off. You usually know your skin. I’m a licensed esthi and chemical peels really usually aren’t always comfy. I wouldn’t trust a Mary Kay one though.
my mom fell into the MaryKay hole unfortunately. I was a teenager so I had no idea how bad it was but we had the party to sell people on it and we used the products and it is horrible. Absolutely certified MLM
When I got engaged, a friend offered me a facial treatment as a present. When I got there it was a Mary K pitch with a treatment very similar with the one you described. I was super confused and so was my friend. I left the place with samples to keep the treatment at home, but the very next day I had massive explosions of dermatitis on my skin. The Mary K representative called me 2 days later asking when I would buy the products and bring people for a facial as well. I said that I was not really interested and talked with my friend about the whole situation. She didn't know about Mary K, her beautician was the representative and just sold her the idea of going with a friend for a facial to try some natural products!
i wonder if that first girl could offer the young living rep the $200 back to take the video down. just like a "hey, I looked into the company and realized that it doesn't align with my values, i will gladly give you the money back if you could take down the video of me from the page".
As a former Mary Kay rep, we would get participant lists for any event we did. So if we did a wedding fair/expo, anyone's info who bought a ticket was given to us and we used those for cold calls.
Story #1 - she could do a mistakes if a new influencer as a tutorial to others and talk about how important it is to know who you’re supporting. That’s a way to sneak it in there but get the word out without directly pointing the finger. I’m not confrontational either so I always try to find ways around it. If she makes TikToks or UA-cam shorts or IG reel about it then it could be maybe a little mini series of tips from an influencer. Side note: LOVE your cats! As one with ADHD, I don’t find them distracting at all but love hearing their sounds and they add a smile worthy moment with their cameos. There are tons of other MLM exposure videos without cats. We are here for the stories AND the cats ;)
Personally I love watching your videos in the background while I'm working on starting my own business (a legitimate one, where I design, produce and sell the products by myself, and there is no 'recruitment' but instead plans for me to hire actual employees who I pay actual wages to in the future. I'd recommend it to the hons but it turns out that actually starting a business is a huge pain in the ass that takes months/years of planning and hard work). And it's always fun when I have to pause the video to be like "Is that my cat or your cat yelling?" It's usually Zeke lmfao. Always delightful to hear from him.
I watch your videos to sleep. They’re amazing and entertaining without being too overstimulating. The way you speak is calm and soothing. After scrolling mindlessly through 100s of reels, it’s nice to watch something steady and consistent and I think that helps me wind down enough to sleep
Right! They are interesting so I don’t drift into any unwanted thought but relaxing enough to nod off. No loud noises or shouting! Except Zekes welcomed presences😂
To the person from Story 1: I understand your predicament. But there are some hugely popular anti MLM creators who were formerly in MLMs (Savannah Marie and Erin Bies to name a couple, I think CC Suarez too!). Erin Bies famously was in MLMs for 13.5 years, and now campaigns against them. So it’s absolutely fine to ‘own’ your former involvement and be vocal against MLMs!
I used to sell Paparazzi. I couldn’t continue in good conscience bc the stuff broke so easily. Not a good sign when the starter kit comes with a jewelry repair kit
The Mary-Kay story also made me feel sad for the rep. She was over the top obnoxious, but also, the amount of time and money she spent seems like a lot. PLUS, she is letting people know where she lives! Perfect strangers.
When it comes to the HerbaLife supplements causing positive urine tests, this is happening with a lot of professions. A nurse was refused a contract recently for a similar reason. She was taking a synthetic meant to mask drug use bc she uses marijuana/Indica sparingly in lieu of other medications. She did not test positive for any drug associated substance. She tested positive for SYNTHETICS. Whenever someone pops positive for synthetics and negative for drug associated substances the “wisdom” behind it is that they are attempting to beat the drug test with synthetics.
In story 1 - I can hear the MLM hons clutching their pearls when they talked about making real money. Also, please never feel bad about the cats. I love animals and they are a welcome addition to the videos 😊
My mom was a Mary Kay rep but she never recruited anyone, she made all her money just from selling products! But this was like 10 years ago in a tiny town so people would buy them!
I would be so curious to know the legal implications of telling someone to use a personal product that you provided them not knowing how their skin is going to react.
Yes, your voice is very soothing. It’s like a perfect voice. Not annoying at all and very genuine. It doesn’t sound like you’re faking it like other UA-camrs do sometimes.
I had a similar experience with my ex and Cutco. I was so excited I had a job interview and I came in and told him and he made fun of me in a similar way. I was also 19 and had no idea. He infantilized me too. He was also a bucket of red flags. Thankfully all that is in my past. I did not even go to the interview, and now I happily work a nine to five.

Exactly. As long as they learn from it and have changed or actively trying to change it’d no biggie for me
I’m more surprised by how many bigger creators just completely ignore when people tell them they are advertising snake oil and just keep posting.
honestly nothing is more refreshing than someone admitting when they’re wrong. sad to see how rare that kind of self reflection
Completely agree. I don't find it hypocritical at all, it's growth. They changed their view based on new information
For Story 1: It's not hypocritical to learn about something and change your mind, then speak out against it. What WOULD be hypocritical would be to speak out against it and continue to use it. All she needs to do is address her mistake and move on. She would not be and is not a hypocrite for that.

I unfriended the lady, but I’m still so upset, and frankly traumatized about it…
That is VILE
I'd be so pissed 🤮
An hour long?! Wow. I’m sure that took a lot of time! I know that wasn’t the easiest. But your hard work doesn’t go unnoticed. You and your editor are doing a great job ❤
Those who hate the kitties are also my mortal enemies now too. How dare you hate sweet babies? They also have opinions. Let them have opinions!
Agreed! And their opinion is way more important than these haters drinking haterade
The friend who tested positive should sue Herbalife. That’s serious damage done on their part
My kitty was cuddling with me and as soon as he heard Zeke he left to look for him😂
A good video as always, I love the horror stories.
She even tried to say I could just not report the income (tax evasion!?!) or I could sign up with her and then take the business back to my home country 😂😭
I finally just gave up and walked away in the middle of her sales pitch. Hun was dedicated, I'll give her that.
Actually, it’s the law that if you ask a food establishment for the nutrition facts, they have to present them to you and they’re supposed to make them readily available.
It’s for allergy purposes
#2 I would reframe the "Remember the time when you were dumb enough to almost join an MLM" to "Remember the time when you were smart enough to recognize that Amway has an f'd up business model"
(Not implying that anyone joining is dumb, of course)
Dual marketing is primarily only used by Mary Kay. They claim it's because "two sales happen: one between MK and the rep, and one between the rep and the customer."
omg Zeke's meowing sounded EXACTLY like a kid saying "MOOOM"
My little Jack Russell's ears always prick up when he hears Zeke. Haha
The fact that supplement companies in the USA are less regulated than food companies, but that’s … capitalism and lobbying.
I totally agree with your advice on the first story. It’s refreshing to see a public figure take accountability, and I think giving an honest explanation of the situation will be received positively (except by the huns, but that’s ok 😂)
To the person in the first story, you have a whole UA-cam channel that will back you up😉
That Mary Kay ploy is straight up insane!
Hannah your hair is literally so gorgeous you could be the fake after picture in a hair care MLM pitch ❤❤❤
I could be wrong as I’m not an expert but I don’t think you’re suppose to exfoliate and do a chemical peel in the same sitting.
Guilt purchasing is responsible for every cent I’ve ever spent on an MLM
WE LOVE YOUR CATS! Anyone who does not like them can just go away...we don't need that kind of negativity.
I bought my wedding dress at David’s Bridal and this happened to me.
I’m in love the cats camp.
Always make me giggle a little when they troll you.
Edit: I think you’re one of the UA-camrs that ask what we are doing while we are listening.
I’m a lorry driver in the UK yourself and other UA-camrs keep me company while I’m doing all the many miles I do.
i have had food poisoning this weekend and i cannot overstate how calming and soothing your videos are to me. they’ve been on the whole time (even though i’ve seen them all already😅) and i’m so excited for this one!
i think it’s more than just your voice (which is very soothing) but it’s also how regulated you are when making these videos.
I hope you’re feeling better.
Food poisoning is the worst. I hope that you feel better soon. ❤
I like the facial expressions she makes when huns say ridiculous things. Her face says exactly what I’m thinking.
I am watching from Johannesburg South Africa.
I done almost all MLM business based in SA.
I am done with all of them.
Pretty sure Zeke was meowing “Mom!” the whole time he was there 😂
Don't ever apologize for your cats making their appearances. Most people absolutely love seeing cats in videos. It's a bonus in my opinion
I've never been a cat person since I am allergic, but I always love seeing and hearing Zeke and Cooper!
I’m a dog person, but at various times, my family had up to three stray cats we rescued (not all at once). I enjoy seeing the cats, too. I’m now allergic to both dogs and cats. Life is cruel. *sigh*
I developed an allergy to dogs as an adult. 😞
God, as soon as I heard “grocery store” then “my husband and I” I KNEW it was Amway!! 🤣🤦🏼♀️
30:40 what really "grinds my gears" is when they hide behind "affiliate marketing" giving LEGITIMATE affiliate marketing a bad wrap.
Oh. My.
The cats are part of why I’m here everyday! 😊
I love the kitties! I wanted to comment on Herbalife. Everytime I've had their shakes I've been sick for hours afterward. Needless to say I won't be consuming them ever again.
I can only see the writing but is that a halloweentown shirt?!?!?! Omg i NEED!!!
I don’t even like cats, but I love those cats coming and saying hi every time. ❤
Dang, the thumbnail already sounds like an insane horror story. Can't wait to listen to this over lunch!
my mom fell into the MaryKay hole unfortunately. I was a teenager so I had no idea how bad it was but we had the party to sell people on it and we used the products and it is horrible. Absolutely certified MLM
Don't apologize for the kitties! They honor us with their adorable presence! One of my favorite parts of the video! ❤❤❤
49:39 - BEST PART OF THE VIDEO!! 😸
Your description of paparazzi selling with item numbers is the mext generation of home shopping network 😅
As a former Mary Kay rep, we would get participant lists for any event we did. So if we did a wedding fair/expo, anyone's info who bought a ticket was given to us and we used those for cold calls.
Listening to Hannah to fall asleep is like listening to Bob Ross. Sooooo soothing.
Love the cats lol. I have two myself, and yup. When you’ve been away. They cling!
I rescued several cats during covid. I love your cats and love when they vocalize. :) thank you for the videos
Saw the Scentsy booth at the Cider Mill
Thats valid, but they werent in the mlm. They were paid to endorse it.
I look forward to the kitty appearance in every video
I absolutely love that you occasionally pause to interact with your cats ❤
We have to talk about MLM companies in Latin America. Like DoTerra in Brazil...my goodness. It is crazy!
I used to sell Paparazzi. I couldn’t continue in good conscience bc the stuff broke so easily. Not a good sign when the starter kit comes with a jewelry repair kit
Story 2: When it mentioned there were nine products, I assumed some of them were makeup.
How bad do they think anyone's skin is?
And what, five exfoliating products? Ridiculous.
My skin was do much worse after trying Mary Kay.
As CC says About her dog He lives here and you don’t. Never apologize for your kitties.
Phone calls to strangers is what I blatantly refused, I told them Nope! I'm out!
Nah we love the cats!!! GIVE ME MORE OF THE BABIES
My mom was a Mary Kay rep but she never recruited anyone, she made all her money just from selling products! But this was like 10 years ago in a tiny town so people would buy them!
I know that David's Bridal sold info to their local Mary Kat reps.
Zeke is a joy and an icon 💜💜
I've kind of started listening just to hopefully hear Zeke. His chatter is the absolute best and he's a beaut to boot.
