This game represents tragedy, grief, guilt, fear, and joy, so well. This song alone tells a story of an entire lifetime with it's ups and downs, it's incredible to see how realistic it is, and how you covered this so well, it sounds alot more realistic, it sounds alot more emotional, thank you for posting this, have a great day

For those who want to know why everyone is talking about stairs..
( WARNING: SPOILERS )
Sunny ( main character ) and his sister, Mari, argued about the recital they were supposed to perform ( they were supposed to perform the song they're playing in this video ). He accidentally pushed her down the stairs, resulting in her death. Sunny is now afraid of going up or down stairs, especially during the night when his hallucinations are most prevalent.
*The rest is extra information that isn't related to stairs, but ill still explains it in case anyone is curious.*
Basil, one of Sunny and Mari's friends, was in shock and refused to believe that Sunny killed Mari. Basil came up with an idea. They faked her suicide and hanged her on her favorite tree. When they left, they saw one of Mari's eyes looking at them, which permanently traumatized them even more. Their friend group eventually split up due to Mari's "suicide."

I had seen this video a few times and were wondering why everyone’s in the comments were referencing stairs in the background and saying how it made them cry and all, I never got it so I watched a (short) play through of the game. Now I understand all the comments and can’t resist making an Omori joke when something comes up haha! That aside, great video! Both of your playing skills are wonderful, and sounded amazing! I will be back many more times to rewatch this 🥲

Screaming, crying, AAAAAH. I'm learning the piano part currently and my gosh I don't think I'll ever be as emotionally attached to a song as I am with this one ever again. Each time I play the song, even though it sucks right now, it feels like I'm just completely free and pure. It makes me overjoyed to hear it being played other people, so that I can have some peace knowing that I'm not the only one who gets to play it. Imagine the love you feel when you hear the song, and multiply it by 5. Thats what it feels like to play it (at least in my case). Thank you for coming to my ted talk. :)
