Edit: I found another way if ur bulb feel stuck. Just find part at the base of the bulb and wiggle the bulb back and forth.

Unlike filament bulbs, LED bulbs are polarized which means one has to connect holder's/socket's Positive 12V contact point with bulb's Positive 12V contact point. In your attempt to change second LED Bulb initially you had put it in opposite polarity and by chance in your second attempt you had put it in correct polarity. So quick trick if LED bulb does not lit up in one direction then flip the ends 😊. By the way you did not show us if your cabin light lit up or not.
