Coop just an idea for the channel. Maybe worth exploring options avail outside US too as the Primal Strength Jammer Arms (in my opinion) are literally the best design and functionality you can buy. At minimum, it will get the word out to likes of Rogue - lol. Great review and good to see shout out to Gavin and Primal Strength.

These are pretty nice. I got the PR-4000 version, but the concept is the same. They're a pain in the ass to move up and down the uprights. They're tight on the uprights, so you have to make sure the whole system is just parallel to get them to move. And then when you're trying to pin it in, the holes have a really tight tolerance so it can be tricky to get the pins to go through. All while making sure the angle and height is correct holding 65 pounds. Some extra strength could help me (I'll get there!), but it's still more of a juggling act than I was expecting. That said, functionality is fantastic. Overall worth it if you want them. Would love some more content and ideas on how to use them, too.
@@LairdRoss Not yet. I honestly hadn't given the loops much thought. I've typically used the landmine to supplement the main lifts, so this is new territory for me. How much UHMW did you have to remove? Also, how is the stability with only one pin? I heard the side holes are slightly off from the RML and don't allow two 5/8 pins to lock in.
@@Team.Madman the arm swing assembly comes in two pieces. I remove the front uhmw plastic where swing arm touches the rack. Yes I can only get one pin in but since it's so tight on the rack I have no wobble. I actually have to hammer the pin in sometimes

What's your opinion about the Sorinex J-Squat? Is it worth the money and space to upgrade to the Rogue Rhino dedicated belt system or does it make sense to save space and money with the J-Squat jammer arm belt squat attachment?
@@tonyallen3138 Thanks for the reply. When you say versatility, what are you referring to? Basically, I could get either, but I could get more stuff if I got the J-Squat. In your opinion should I just go with the rhino or get the J-Squat?
Xavier Stephens what I mean is that the Rhino will provide more variations to different workouts you can perform depending if you perform the drop-in configuration vs stand-a-lone. You can use it as a pulley system to perform more than just the belt squat variant workouts.
I went with the Vulcan Prime rack because it came with its own jammer arms. I haven't unpacked it yet, but through the packaging it appears to be very similar to the Rogue unit. You can't state they fit all 3 x 3 racks when rep is built overseas and builds in metric... Their 5/8" holes are 18mm ( larger ) and their 3 x 3 rack is 75mm x 75mm ( smaller) which means the pull pins will work but the arms themselves won't fit unless modified...
Yea agreed, this was a huge oversight in the review. Sure they fit "all 3x3 racks" when it's clear this was bolted onto a Titan Rack again which is Metric. Put this on a Monster or Monster Lite and post a review update @garagegymreviews
@@ChristianStJulian there is another video on here of a guy just pulling the protective plastic and sticking 3M felt tape on to get the clearance... I'm still going to pick up a set and attempt to just sand the plastic inserts down the 1 or 2 mm needed...
Good to know, I just know alot of people aren't prepared for that amount of modification and will buy with expectations set. Personally I like the design but need arms that attach Spotter Arm style because I have a folding rack and don't plan to leave them on all the time.
@@ChristianStJulian same here with the folding rack,I was going to pick up the front mounted feet for the pr4000 rack as well just for added stability.... But with the hole spacing on rep accessories it's the same thing with some slight mods because the holes arnt 2" apart they're like 1.98"
@@stevenrobare6668 Yea thats a good idea. With the feet, I'd just be concerned if they'd sit flush with the ground after mounting. The feet for folding racks are a bit different from that of a standard rack so you might need to wedge something underneath. I bought some RV pullout supports for my spotter arms but hadn't thought about jammer Arms causing stability issues unless you're doing some cleaning movements which I wouldn't be.
Do these arms vs rogue need to have the rack bolted down? That’s a very important consideration because who wants to bolt down a cage to your garage floor if you can just buy stabilizers. The rogue sells mini feet but they don’t recommend using those and not bolt cage down to the floor with the LT-1. Rep sells feet stabilizers and they recommend you can use the ISO arms without bolting the cage to ground. So question is with rogue are they just being conservative and can you demo the rogue cage with mini feet and without bolting the cage? It’s a big point when committing to a cage. I just don’t seeing bolting a cage as option but wondering why both companies have vastly different recommendations on these arms given similar dimensions on pr5000 v2 and rogue monster series.
Would these Iso Arms create too much outward force for a Rogue RML-3W Wall Mount? I haven't installed mine yet, but I am going to use the stringers and the wall it is going to be attached to is solid wood so it seems like it should be pretty secure. I just wanted to get everyone's thoughts.
Someone needs to start making lever/jammer arms that can also universal swivel for racks, like the Sorinex Hurricane. It will allow for many more movement's than just up or down. What's the complexity of moving the arms from the front post to the rear post ???
Glad you got a good set of iso arms. I have been a little put off from Rep due to their apparent customer service shortcomings with the release of their products. I’m not even talking about the lack of product being in stock, I get that one. Some of the examples of customer service has been concerning such as the response of “just take a metal grinder to make the iso arms fit”. I will say, they always make it right, but responses like that are a bit concerning
Can you put Rogue Cross-members on REP uprights? I know the bolts are not totally the same size? So can you really mix and match, or is only accessories? And if you can, would be really cool to see a Mutant REP/Rogue Rack build. where you take the best from both and put it together!
I don't think any of the companies have created/came out with an attachment so it can be used as a leg press. I'm sure one could come up with something, a bar/platform to press, and safety arms so set the jammer arms at the needed height depending on the style of leg press you wanted to do. The angle Could be kinda weird for a leg press, and the weight limited, so I would say lacking for people that rep 800 to 1000lbs on leg press... but maybe usable for people that are working at the up to 500lbs for reps.
Great review Coop 👍🏽! Let’s see which company is able to come out with converging Jammer arms, for complete manoeuvrability whilst the arm is adjusted to the rack, 🧐? But otherwise I think these are better than the rogue & sorinex, because I actually like the stiffness inbetween those 2 companies. Not to mention the price. Great review 👍🏽
are these necessary? all the stuff it shows people doing with these can be accomplished with other lifts that dont require these special arm attachments
Definitely something I'm considering. I see they advertise them with people using them for pullups or muscle ups. Do you feel like they were actually sturdy enough to hold your weight? I'm 6'2 and 210 lbs..don't really want something breaking on me with all of my weight on it.
Hi curious if a person can get 2 Athena's and also ISO arms? I realize the ISO has to be under the pulleys so for lat work would have to move iso arms farther down the bar but have you tried this or seen anybody do this?
You can probably use them as a vertical unilateral leg press or if Rep can come up with an easy leg press attachment that secures to both arms....the sky is the limit.
Coop you tried them on a monster rack? Im just surprised every rep attachment ive gotten has been really tight because their uprights are 2.95 inch instead of 3 inch tubes.
That's what I want to know. Everyone keeps saying "they should," but I haven't seen anyone say they actually tried it. Titan and REP racks are actually 75mm x 75mm (2.95"x2.95"), not 3"x3" and I have made the mistake before of thinking their attachments would fit my RML (they often do NOT).
Please make a video of you trying these on a rogue monster rack. There’s a dude that made a vid adding 3m felt tape on one side and made the j cups from rep fitness fit perfectly into a monster 3x3 one even with the .05 difference that rep fitness has. I know rogue will probably not like the vid, but I don’t think you would care about that too much anyway lol I just want to know if the 3m felt tape idea can help on the iso arms as well to make them fit into my rogue monster rack
I read some reviews stated that the iso arms damaged their cages, cosmetically speaking. Can anyone confirm or refute these claims? Rep sometimes updates their products, so figured I'd ask around.
Only better arms out there are those ones your sleeves are hugging.

Big Coop bringing the real talk! Thanks man for always being real in your videos, I respect that a ton with all that you do.
Love the videos Coop!
do you know if these will work with prx Profile® PRO Squat Rack with Multi-Grip Bar?
How die these compare to the titan lever arms? Are you doing a review on those at some point?
Do they make these for 4000 also will 4000 fit on monster lite??
So with reps and Titans attachments being slightly snug on rogue uprights…do you think these iso arms would glide easily up and down rogue uprights?
Do these fit the powertec rack?
Coop, could you rate these (and other jammer arms) as a leg press? Would they be adequate or lacking?
I don't think any of the companies have created/came out with an attachment so it can be used as a leg press. I'm sure one could come up with something, a bar/platform to press, and safety arms so set the jammer arms at the needed height depending on the style of leg press you wanted to do. The angle Could be kinda weird for a leg press, and the weight limited, so I would say lacking for people that rep 800 to 1000lbs on leg press... but maybe usable for people that are working at the up to 500lbs for reps.
2 years ago they were 399. Now they are 599. Wow

Coop, can you compare these to the “Verve Power Arms” they look very similar
Coop- Are we positive the lever arms will attach to Rogue Monster Lite? I’ve had issues with their JCups fitting my 3x3 uprights.
Do you know if it will fit on the Titan X3 rack? If so, which one (PR 4000 or PR 5000 Iso Arms) will fit the X3?
but will the REP ISO Arms fir on a Rogue Monster Rack?
Hi curious if a person can get 2 Athena's and also ISO arms? I realize the ISO has to be under the pulleys so for lat work would have to move iso arms farther down the bar but have you tried this or seen anybody do this?
What are the best arms for a 2x2 rack?
Are Jammer /Lever /ISO arms even worth it?
So these are a no-go for Monster Lite racks?
Hi Coop. Would you say this could be used with a PRx Performance Pro rack which mounts to wall studs?
Do these work with the rep functional trainer (cables) on the same rack?
Can you take the handles off when not in use?
Wow the pull-up and dips on that is a great idea
Very versatile piece of equipment to say the least
You could put pulleys on them for flys too ya?
Titan offers their own version of these arms too, but I don't know what the quality or functionality of them is.
You can probably use them as a vertical unilateral leg press or if Rep can come up with an easy leg press attachment that secures to both arms....the sky is the limit.
Belt squat is a great way to potentially use them too
But do the rogue 50 cal arms work on the rep fitness racks?
Coop you tried them on a monster rack? Im just surprised every rep attachment ive gotten has been really tight because their uprights are 2.95 inch instead of 3 inch tubes.
Do they work on the RML 490?
That's what I want to know. Everyone keeps saying "they should," but I haven't seen anyone say they actually tried it. Titan and REP racks are actually 75mm x 75mm (2.95"x2.95"), not 3"x3" and I have made the mistake before of thinking their attachments would fit my RML (they often do NOT).
@@xtrastrengthfukitol7733 Yep, my concern too. I really want them but i have a few months as COVID has delayed my home gym construction
Do you have a suggestion for what jammer/lever arms work best for Prime HLP plate loaded rack?
Are these compatible with the rogue monster lite systems? Thanks!
Could you use this for leg extensions with a leg roller? Leg curls would be even better but I can't figure out a way that would work.
Ok so the Rogue lever arms won’t work on a Rep PR5000?
@garagegymreviews have you tried the Rogue AH-1 Articulating Handles on the Rep ISO arms?
whats the best 3x3 power rack that is at least 93in in height and bang for the price?
will these work on a sorinex rack?
Are sold in pairs?
Yeah they are sold in pairs
Hey Coop can these be used with the rep 1100 rack?
Do a review on the Assault fitness air runner
Have you tried the bells of steel? They are very similar and even cheaper.
Will have to have a look into what you said. Have you used them before?
Would these arms work on a PRX Profile performance rack?
Same boat and would they work on 2 x 3
If it's 3x3 should do
I have the same question because that'd be a lot of outward pressure on the mounting rails and studs.
Just checked their website, already sold out. Probably will be resold for 3x the retail price.....and of course I’ll be the one to buy it.
Hey mate can you post the video of that? Would be interested to see how it works and looks. Have a great day from another garage gym owner
I read some reviews stated that the iso arms damaged their cages, cosmetically speaking. Can anyone confirm or refute these claims? Rep sometimes updates their products, so figured I'd ask around.
Lever arm belt squats are great but they’re a pain to set up
