Highly suggest you play the first one. One of the most immersive medieval worlds ever made, great combat system, and just great gameplay mechanics all around. Can't recommend it enough, even all these years later
@Loz8900 it truly was a labour of love. It was riddled with flaws, but you can look past that when you see the sheer level of detail the devs put into the world as a whole. You can tell they really cared, the gameplay is tough and the grind is rewarding. It's truly one of most favourite games ever

As somebody who has mained Oblivion and Skyrim for 15 years, this game was better to me. If any modern game deserves a sequel its Kingdom Come Deliverence. People need more Henry of Skalitz.

In one interview they said, these are early guns, they are very basic, not very accurate and they were very hard to reload, so basically you will probably have one shot, because before you reload again, you are dead. Also they said these guns were not reliable and they sometimes exploded when being shot and they suggested this may be even included in the game.
I worked at EB when this original launched in Australia and we got like 2 copies. No one knew was it was prior to the launch day, but on launch online was abuzz about it. Unfortunately we sold out immediately and didn’t get in more copies for weeks.

It’s crazy because I got the first one out of nowhere like 2 weeks because it was $5 on Xbox because of a spring sale that was going on so on a whim I bought it. It looked pretty cool and I love Skyrim esk setting and RPG elements. Anyway yeah I’ve been playing it nonstop since I bought it. It really is one of the most underrated games I’ve ever played. It’s so good. While yes, it does have some bugs and glitches I don’t really fault the game for that because the gameplay and mechanics and setting more than make up for it. Can’t believe more people haven’t been talking about it fr. Now I learn they’re making a SEQUEL?? Yes. Sign me up 👍

The first game was a masterpiece regardless of its difficulty. Started off difficult and by the end of the game I was a full fledged knight. This is my most anticipated game this year.

@@fenfrostpaws2000honestly I'd recommend easy kcd mod and the mod which allows you to switch between enemies easier. Now, easy kcd doesn't make the game too easy, just a few tweaks which make game far more enjoyable in my opinion. The mods guy above me mentioned are totally optional, imo, been playing without them just fine. These two however are a must.
prague might be too big for this kinda game where every building is modeled and isn't just a background detail. looks like we're definitely getting an actual city this time at least, so that's exciting.

By the way in real history the gun was called "Píšťala" you can google it as "pistala hussite hand gun"
