Dude ! This ‘ hair loss ‘ you’re experiencing is minimal at best ! As far as I’m concerned your not losing your hair at all but experiencing your now adult hair line ! You’ve got great hair and with out knowing your family history ( mothers dads hair ) I’d venture to say this is the worst it’ll be and you’ll have great hair for life !
I approach hair loss with a holistic philosophy. One - it's a sign that ageing has kicked in and to slow down. This means training and exercise too. And I start taking better care like not smoking or drinking as much, not sleeping too late as much - although I still do. Two - hair care is a holistic science and everything you said in the vid agrees with my view - scalp massages, applying topical creams or lotions. And also not shampooing too much, knowing how to listen to your scalp, resolve all secondary or tertiary scalp issues like dandruff, itching, over-production of oil, etc. However, don't be quick to overuse the term "balding". Treat it as "hair loss". Ultimately it is "balding", but now you are roughly at the same stage as me. What we both have would be more like "mature hairlines". Any hair care we practise won't reverse our "mature hairlines". Hair care only thickens the existing crown - like in your vid, your crown looks thick but like you said, your "mature hairline" showed no difference. Understanding this is to rein in expectations of what we can do and what we can't do - so we can focus our efforts where we know it can work and not get disappointed. After the "mature hairline" stage, we then have "receding hairline" or receded hairline - this starts from the time the forehead looks high or when the temples have begun creeping higher up and back. It's kind of subjective when "mature hairline" ends and where "receding hairline" begins, but when the back of the head has started thinning or a bald patch seems to be growing, that's when "receding hairline" has definitely begun and runs in tandem with "balding". As we both use topical hair products and practise hair care, we slow down or even reverse slightly these processes. Currently my crown is thinning - well relatively speaking, because I have thicker hair so while it appears that my crown still has enough hair that bald spots cannot be seen, my hair has gotten a lot thinner than what it used to be. I have undergone an extreme hair care program but I wouldn't recommend it over minoxidil. Basically at one point, I think stress made my hair look thin, so the program blasted my scalp with a topical solution created from plant stem cells. Now this is confusing because it's not the same as a stem cell treatment. It's a topical solution formed from plant stem cells - that being the difference. It salvaged my condition, and reverse the thinning, but that was also thanks to better hair care and lifestyle habits. I now use minoxidil daily with hair tonics that I switch about differently each day to so-call maintain the gains my extreme hair care program had wrought.
Going bald didn’t bother me one bit. Actually, I prefer being bald as it’s so much easier - no blow drying, detangling or any of that normal hair maintenance stuff.

I think this video downplays the effectiveness of proper scalp massage. I was in my early thirties and noticed receding and thinning, after scalp massage and boar bristle brushing it was reversed and at 45 I have hair like I did when I was 19.
When you say something like "talk shit, give me nasty comments, i don't care" that actually means you care deep down and you get mad about it. Easy psychology.
@@simplialpha2117 when transplant is done your transplanted hair won't fall off since it is not made from DHT sensitive follicules, THAT IS THE CATCH, so you need no medication to maintain it, but if it's just partial transplantation, for exaple frontotemporal, you can still lose hair on crown area.
@@simplialpha2117 coz you'll lose hair in your non-transplanted area, as I mentioned (If you have only, for example frontal recession and do your transplantation in that area, your transplanted hair will be there for the rest of your life, but hair in the crown area will probably go since it's still made by that DHT sensitive follicules.) Next step could include a) trying to save those DHT sensitive hairs in the back with medication - which probably is not the healthiest option in the long run, or b) You could transplant hair in crown area also, however there is a huge IF. There are only few of those people who have big enough donor area with lots of grafts to extract from and to cover WHOLE top of their heads with it. Usually you can only cover it to some extent but not fully, or you can disperse those grafts all around your head, but then the density would be insuficient and you would end with hair that you could see your scalp through, somewhat like in difuse thining. Never use hot water on your scalp even in winter try a lukewarm wash ,finish with cold water. 2. Use ginger shampoo 🧴 , gently wash your hair, never use bar soaps or shower gels, i will recommend ginger shampoos or olive shampoos. 3.use a hair dryer to blow your hair after shower on a normal temperature, don’t use it on a hot temperature. 4. Apply minoxidil 5% for men, 2% for women, immediately after you dry your hair in the receding areas leave till absorbed five-ten minutes. 5. Get a beard oil, almond or castor oil apply on your scalp massage it till it feel touchy on your scalp , women should apply castor or almond oil. 6. Skip a day washing your hair at least wash 3 times a week , keep applying minoxidil even if your hair isn’t washed. 7. Increase vitamin and protein intake especially boiled eggs. 8.Trust the process. I remember those days i come to visit UA-cam for hours trying to figure out my situation and i see some people telling their secrets of how they did it ,!i tried bunch alotta of things and some never worked but with all these tips above i hope you will come one day to bless me. Ever heard of a mature hairline? It is just very slow recession that happens naturally. You know, ~45% of men go fully bald in their lives, ~45% of men have mild hairline retraction that happens naturally because of aging, and the remaining 10% keep their hair
My grandpa kept his full hairline till he died with 82 years. I am not so fortunate, I noticed my hairline receding when I was 17 and it just got worse
And before I even notice that I had 0 success with girls, so it will probably just get worse.
BALDY, nice and real video! I enjoyed it! Thanks for being so open about it, I'm sure it helps a lot of young guys! I support you all the way! Take care
I'm pretty sure your hairline matured, not receded. There's a difference. It can happen to guys in their late teens to mid-20s.

Tired of hearing this, there's no such thing as a mature hairline lmao. It's all recession, for some people it just ends up going at a slower pace hence this stupid ass term getting thrown around all the time
@@WyvernX_ Yeah but if someone is receding usually it’s their temples thinning out but if you have a matured hairline it means that it slowly goes back but doesn’t look like balding

I doesn’t really seem like you’re losing your hair just developing a mature hairline, the amount of men that actually keep a juvenile hairline all their life is extremely small but you have great density all over so it really just seems like your hairline maturing and having some recession

I’m 18 and I’m experiencing hair loss in the shower and a receeding hairline😭😭😭🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️
My hairline started receiving a few months into my first year of uni (was 18 at that time). Was noticing that I don’t look as I usual, noticed that my started to become thinner. I went from having extremely dense and thick hair to having semi transparent hair and I just turned 20 a few weeks ago, can’t imagine how my hair will look in 10 years.
It is happening to me at 14 and bad too. Also have dense and coarse hair.
What to do now dude
Same thing happened to me
“It’s just hair”
No it’s not, if you lose your hair you lose your appearance.
What if I'm fucking 17? Yeah man it's a sign of aging and I should stop working out? Do you even know what DHT is?
Thank you for this bro. My hairline is receding, so this helps

Going bald didn’t bother me one bit. Actually, I prefer being bald as it’s so much easier - no blow drying, detangling or any of that normal hair maintenance stuff.
You do understand having a full head of hair is zero maintenance? As you just let it grow wherever if you shave that takes more prep time and effort
As someone with a full head of hair, I have never detangled my hair. Nor have I blown dry it. Awesome that going bald doesn't bother you though.

This was one of my worse fears. Until I read about Hair transplants.
yeah are aware of the mountain of medications and side affects you'll be forced to fight tho right?
@@simplialpha2117 when transplant is done your transplanted hair won't fall off since it is not made from DHT sensitive follicules, THAT IS THE CATCH, so you need no medication to maintain it, but if it's just partial transplantation, for exaple frontotemporal, you can still lose hair on crown area.
@@kvn13 well why is there a difference in partial or full hair transplant if all the hair is made from non-dht sensitive follicles
Hope I make sense since I'm not native speaker and there could be extra or lack of letters as well as grammar mistakes :)
