Subgrade for Basement & Setting Steel columns & I-beams with a Skid Steer Nudura ICF House Build

Preparing Subgrade with 3/4 clean stone. Cutting, welding, torching, mag drilling, and fabricating Steel I beam columns and Beams from Used steel from Facebook marketplace. Using Bobcat T200 compact Track Loader and PC100-6 excavator to Fly and set the Beams, and then finally laying 2" of XPS Foam for inulation under 4.5" Concrete slab.

It's technically an addition as we live over the garage now. But it is going to be our family's home.
