The only model 3 that qualifies for 7500$ tax credit(applied at sale) is the M3P.
The MY's all trims still qualify.
The MX only if you can keep it under 80k(base model is about 79k-7500=71500 otd)
The only M3P that qualifies for the $7500 credit is the awfully ugly Stealth Grey and black interior. Yuk

it could be that model Y arrives in 2025 in the US ... but earlier in China and Europe.
Tesla is scaling high nickel ternary battery production and AI compute this year, LFP batteries likely next year. For new vehicles I expect a hatchback based on the Model 3 platform, a van based on the Cybertruck platform, and the next gen Roadster as a halo car Robotaxi/CyberCab will likely get a prototype and pilot launch location revealed 8/8.

Good episode, thanks for all the updates, I'd be interested in the model Y, refreshed edition, as long as they increase standard range to about 400 miles and keep pre federal tax credit (and assuming it's still available) price at no more than 40K. A plus 1 will be given for flat folding rear seats for camping mode so that I can sleep in this thing when I go on road trips :)
