I love your videos. So much fun and your energy is great. But....I do wish you'd add just a 3 minute cooldown at the end. It's so important to cool down, and if it's not part of the video, it's too easy to just skip it. Thanks!

It's anyone else having issues with syncing when looking at any of his videos? I love the music and really want to utilize his workouts but no matter what device I use there is a lag between movements and the beat of the music. I don't have this problem with any other videos only his.
