Sensei Terry Ezra was - i am watchng this now - and therefore still is one of my greatest influences especially when i was a young man during my Aikido practice. I was extremely drawn to the spiritual sphere and Terry Ezra was the go to person for Spiritual connection/insight (very few people even Aikidoists at this time did not have a Spiritual 'relationship' ); Terry Ezra Sensei was (is) the leading Spiritual lights - i believe - in most of the Aikido certianly British aikido world. Terry is a great intuitive and spiritualist as well as an amazing Aikidoist and teacher. He and i had a private session in his dojo many, many years ago and he offered me healing and my experience was incredible just as he is describing, i had such a release of negative emotions as he laid hands and the vibrational music filled body and Dojo. It was an amazing experience I have not see Sensei personally for many years now as we all go our seperate ways in life. During my many years of travelling as a Bodyguard i was invited along with a very spiritual member of a Middle-East Royal family to meet the Hindu spiritual leader and teacher Mata Amritanandamayi (Ammaji) - "The Hugging Saint" and i experienced a similar amazing sensation as we hugged at length; she would always give you a little gift which i keep with me and i believe that has helped the healing of my damaged knees. Terry Ezra Sensei is a complete aikiodist - the spiritual merging with the physical by taking violence and dissolving it into a calm peacefull state, the reconcillatory vision that O'Sensei propegated is personified in Terry Ezra Sensei. An amazing man. More interviews please Sensei!!
Find a way to train with him..even a weeks training and your Aikido and view towards life would change. You must experience him in person. He can leave a profound impression on your life.
I think you will find this useful - it applies to all types of internal martial arts :) 易筋經 · Yi Jin Jing (Changing the Tendon) Process Theory ua-cam.com/video/ZuA484T1CHM/v-deo.html

I think it's better not to mix Aikido with any other thing.
Had O-Sensei not unified a range of diverse teachings there would be no Aikido.
@@JimTempleman is not a justification.
o-sensei is the founder
@@eiichiyakamoto840 yes, but he said that everyone is able to do the same and it is suppose to
