I am just recently retired with lower back pain. I have been searching for exercises to do that are low impact. These are just what I've been looking for a nice warm up to ride my bike.
These are specific and easy to follow. Wonderful! Perfect for people (seniors and younger) who have limitations as a result of aging, trauma, illness, disability. Yoga for everyone!!!
This is perfect for my 80 plus parents, but I do these as well! I see so many seniors with great flexibility in the parks of NYC doing these types of exercises using the children's play gyms to rest/support their legs/feet on for stretches, and they are more flexible than I. Those shoulder exercises were wonderful - no pain like others. I am getting over an almost frozen shoulder that is still stiff.
Thank you to the Gonsaku and Mine Ito family for this video. I'm a senior and can do these exercises standing up, but these are great. I've gone through so many videos trying to finding something like your video here, so I'm very grateful to have found this. God bless you.

Not certain about the points made but ,if anyone else wants to uncover fitness programs for seniors try Loctavan Senior Fitness Strategy ( search on google ) ? Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my mate got amazing success with it.
Excellent Video! Apologies for chiming in, I am interested in your initial thoughts. Have you tried - Chireetler Breathtaking Exercises Rule (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now)? It is an awesome one off product for uncovering a unique workout for seniors to look good and feel younger minus the hard work. Ive heard some great things about it and my work buddy at very last got amazing success with it.
not assuming anything. Many times young and old cannot for whatever reason do standing. Right now I have a pulled hamstring so sitting is my way for now!!!
