The undisputed GOAT of Runescape content creators. Not often you can call out a single #1 in a community as big as this, but it's not really even a question. I think I can speak for many people who started playing RS in the early 2000's and don't have enough time to actually play now and watching people like B0aty really keeps the nostaligia alive. Just seems like an all around great person and the world needs more people like that.
Truer words have never been spoken my friend. I don't watch much much new RS content outside of Settled and GG, but I would never miss anything created by the B0at man.
B0aty has been one of the few streamers I've watched off and on for years. He's one of the main reasons I get back into osrs on a yearly basis. Such an amazing guy, streamer and all around content creator.

@@whynotp2p His One Man Army series basically created the concept of what now is known as Ironman gameplay, which is the essence of some of the biggest youtube channels and most watched content. His series was the proof of concept needed to show that intentionally restricting your account actually made for great content that people would watch. Half a year later Jagex ran with it as Ironman mode and implemented actual mechanics allowed you to do that, and then the player base took it even further by creating a plethra of snowflake accounts and series. To say that he has completely and fundamentally changed the game is not an overstatement!
Not to mention his DMM streams were one the craziest and most enjoyable runescape streams ever.
B0aty, Woox and Zezima the 3 most godly names in rs. I will watch anything B0aty does because of how genuine he is. I don't even play rs anymore and haven't in years but I still watch him.
He really is a champion amongst men, Adam is an amazing person and an all around stand up guy, I've looked up to him for as long as I've watched him, truly a great role model, thanks Adam 💜

I loved one man army to bits. I had just earlier cameback from years of hiatus to osrs and i was playing "solo" (as i called it back then) enjoying the idea i was doing everything myself and only buying big bulk things like elemental runes, sand and seaweed etc. From GE... Then boaty came to do it better than me. I loved his way of thinking and knowledge of the game. His strats were so much things i never thought to think of.. solo mission is another person like boaty I love for the way of thinking outside box. I hope boaty never loses his positive vibes.
B0aty was actually my first introduction to OSRS youtube content, and his HCIM was a huge inspiration to get into the game back in 2017. I'm bad so lost the HC status ages ago, but my ironman reached 2k total level earlier this year. Been subbed since I found him and still watch his vids regularly. Absolute legend, the man's energy is infectious and half the time when I fall out of the game for a few months, a B0aty vid is what motivates me back in. Runescape's Champion indeed

I think the thing that helped him build such an audience is not just his humility, but self-deprecating sense of humour, many times due to the courtesy of being ginger. Despite being among the most capable players in the game across practically all game modes, when he suffers misfortune or makes a mistake, he doesn't try to save face or get seriously angry, he's a very down-to-earth dude who is a bit eccentric yet quite relatable, and it's the perfect combination of traits in my opinion to find success on a platform like Twitch and UA-cam. Much love to him.
I've watched B0aty since i was in my early teens, he is such a humble person with an infectious personality. I got the chance to meet him at insomnia a few years back and he was more than happy to chat and get some photos. Good lad all round!

I recently started playing osrs last year and I never knew boaty pretty much made the Ironman mode. On the other note he is such a happy humble kind amazing dude.

My favorite part about Boaty is he only does what he enjoys and wants, and is unapologetically himself. This is what lets him keep his enthusiasm for the games he plays and his videos/streams. He's my favorite streamer period, GOAT.

Fun fact about me right around the beginning of OSRS I used to watch B0aty’s streams and then he started playing CSGO whicv I honestly was upset about but eventually I became enamoured by the game and ended up spending 3k hours in CSGO the only game I’ve played more is OSRS sitting at around 4600 hours spread over 2 accounts.
But not only did he get me into CSGO, he also made me meet my friends online, first I met my friend of over 8 years now which I never would have met without B0aty’s influence, and the fact that I started playing CSGO led to me trying other FPS games like Overwatch where I met another of my friends, and both friends brought their own friends too, and I got these 2 different groups together and now we’re a group of 11+ people that talk to each other regularly.
TL;DR B0aty got me into FPS and made me meet almost all my friends.

Ive known adam since we were about 10 years old, we were in a clan called dutch ownage.throughout knowing him he was always trustworthy and generous towards me , along with a couple of other people including his brother.
His come along way since then, and he genuinely deserves to be so well regarded, i consider him, his brother and a select few others who i only met through runescape as really good friends and hopefully friends for life.

I genuinely think that we, the community, and fans of B0aty, should do the necessary to nominate him for an OBE or similar honour.
I would literally do it right now and post it to all socials, but we need Adam's personal details and evidence of the work he's done for the community (in this case his charity work, plus his art, by which I mean the community he's created and the entertainment he's given us for years). If we can band together to make this happen it would be amazing, Adam deserves it so much

I remember being in Skype with B0aty and Jaws 2 75. Oh and Dikbil aswell. Rick was teaching him how to brid. Rick also advertised for b0aty on his channel to make name for him. If you look around that era on Jaws 2 75 his YT you can find that.
I was a fan of b0aty before 2007 scape, and I grew apart then grew back to the game. Then when I came back, he was doing the same shit but better. If theres anyone whos the GOAT of RS its b0aty
