For those who were wondering why the Vegan Satanist said "I think, I spider" at 2:15: It's a very old and popular language joke in Germany. Lothar Matthäus, a very popular soccer player transferred to the New York Metro Stars (now the New York Red Bulls) in 2000 and his English during the press conference was... not great lol. He basically used German syntax and translated every word literally into English in his interviews. This also became known as "Denglisch" in Germany, a mix of Deutsch and Englisch, and quite the opulent source of jokes, as people transferred German sayings into English. In this case the Vegan Satanist said "Ich glaub, ich spinne", meaning "I think I'm going crazy" or "This is unbelievable". This becomes "I think, I spider" in Denglisch, keeping the syntax alive and replacing the word "spinne" with spider, as they are indeed called like that in German. But "spinnen" in German can also mean a few other things like in this example "being crazy". A second example would be "This is not the yellow from the egg" meaning, that something isn't really good, but not really bad either. Works like this: egg yolk (en) -> Eigelb (de), consisting of "egg" and "yellow" for the color of the yolk. This can also be said as "das Gelbe vom Ei". Hence: "Das ist nicht das Gelbe vom Ei" -> "This is not the yellow from the egg"
Perfect explanation - Thank you. Also it was a reference to Nosferatu, cause the symbol of a spider is very present through the movie, as Murnau and Grau were inspired by a spider eating a fly. Cheers Laurent (The Vegan Satanist)

I’m glad you and Jessica got to visit such an eerie, fascinating place! I didn’t realize it was filmed in Germany! The movie was so scary to me when I first watched it many years ago and still find it scary. Filmed in black and white with all the creepy shadows… yikes! Thanks for sharing, loved it! ❤ 😱 👻 🧛 safe travels!
Wow I can't believe how many places are still standing! Fascinating!
The old saying.......IF AN OLD BUILDING COULD TALK!!!. YOU'RE Speaking for Them. SOOO GREAT!!!!
