In this video I install PowerStop Extreme Z26 brake pads on my Hellcat.

These pads provide 90-95% of the same stopping power while getting rid of almost all the Brake dust.
Man that is crazy I just got done changing mine today on my 2021 SP. It is always a good feeling when you work on your own car. I did the same thing. detail wheels. And did the break in process. I will say they definitely don't have that initial brembo bite. But they work pretty. Good video bro. 👍 say good bye to all that break dust.

Just did all the pads on my 2021 Challenger Scat pack shaker. No more black, acidic dust eating the rims alive! These pads are the very best out there IMHO.

@@DavidinHD1 have a shop here thru repair pal, if anything I mean anything from a squeak ,any nose come from them,etc, etc they replace any parts. That’s all I’m saying

The corners on these pads are shaved like that for a reason. And they were still at 50% at least. Go to Walmart or any hardware store and get a set of punches. Also get some wheel cleaner like ADAMS.

Does the box for the front pads come with 2 front pads in total or 4 pads in total.
The box comes with 4, two for each front rotor.
Was your pedal have a slightly sponge feel to it but still feeling bitting the rotors? I just did mine (did the break in steps) and they feel like that
Yes, you’ll get use too it. But it does feel like that in the beginning when changing from the stop pads to these

No it actually doesn’t, as long as you follow the break in procedures

@@moek2925 it comes in the box. You have to go certain speeds and brake hard and follow how many times they tell you to do it
Tools list needed to change front brakes and rotors ?
Tools I used include rubber mallet, .145" punch, screwdriver, rag, 13mm socket and ratchet.

No idea brother, it caught me by surprise. I don’t do any crazy braking and I haven’t tracked the car either… so idk why it was eaten up like that on the corners.
Do you feel a noticeable difference in stopping power compared to stock pads ? Other cars when I’ve switched to carbon ceramic I usually notice it right away . Just nice not having much brake dust though so considering this for my cat
I noticed the initial bite of the PowerStop pads are not like the stock Brembo pads. It stops great, I would think if you where road course racing that the only place it would bother you. After week of driving I am use to the brake feel. It takes a little more pressure but they stop great. I would highly recommend them. Almost no brake dust at all after a week of city driving.

Yes kinda, it’s easier. The pads come out easier and there is less pins
so these are only the ceramic pads .... u dont have powerstop slotted rotors?
Yes they are just the pads, I was thinking of doing the rotors down the line.

Whats the difference in the z23 and z26 pads?
The Z23 pads are a Carbon-Fiber Ceramic formula that offer great dust-free braking performance. This kit is designed for increased braking power for a daily-driven car, truck, SUV or crossover.
The Z26, on the other hand is designed for extreme street braking performance on high performance vehicles. This kit includes premium stainless steel shims to provide better heat dissipation, as well as the Carbon Fiber Ceramic formula found on the Z23 brake pads.

Thanks!! I love the pads, took a bout two days to get use to them. Overall best mid you can do to a scat or hellcat. The wheels stay clean and for daily use you won’t notice a difference. I highly recommend it, and it’s easy to do.

I've heard these work well but for about 400 bucks or so more you could get the Demon Performance rotors.
Never seen those!! I’ll look into it, especially next time I have to change the pads
