      I found 2 4" square glass "pans" that are perfect for making 1 slice of bread in the the microwave. I paid $1 each instead of the $20 it would have cost from Amazon.

    I now have all the ingredients to make your flour 2.0 and now I have this video so I can finally have a tomato sandwich or toast to sop up my runny egg yolk which I have missed so much over the last 2 years. I wouldn't give up my 65-pound weight loss or the elimination of the prescription drug I used to take! Thank you, Victoria!

    I didn't have a 5×5" pan, so I used my 9×4 small bread pan for my airfryer, and I cooked it at 350 for 13 min in the airfryer. Oh my gosh...❤ Perfection and waiting for it to cool. AIFRYER worked amazing.

    Definitely a fantastic idea. Will try this for sure. Thank you so much for thinking of us who are the only ones in the house that does keto. The flour mix works great for cakes and I'm still trying to figure out the dream biscuits but even with my mistakes they are really good and I can do sausage biscuits and not feel guilty.😂

    I just made this bread (in the oven) and I am so pleased with it! I was skeptical about it, but I find that the yeast makes it taste like regular bread, with that wonderful aroma of freshly baked yeast bread. This is SO much better than store-bought keto bread. Thank you, Victoria, for this amazing recipe! This is going to be my go-to bread from this day forward! The Lord's blessings to you from central Florida.

    Use silicone baking dish, it pops right out no oil at all Amazon! I make your flour every week and keep it in place of wheat flour. This recipe has absolutely saved me! God send, thank you Victoria. I can keep to Carnivore with a sandwich every week, I only allow myself one a week. Praise God for his wisdom!

    Victoria, I love the research that you share! You are a smart cookie (KETO of course). I have a new bag of bamboo and pecan flour and I cannot not find which recipe uses it. Perhaps too many issues? Any way can you direct me to the best formula. My eyesight wears out very fast and I get confused going from one sheet to the other in your recipe site. Just give me the top of the hill to keep as a mix for biscuits and yeast bread. Thank you.

    Thanks Victoria! I wonder if cooking a shallow single batch like this will help those of us who still get some moisture issues when baking an entire loaf. I am excited to try this (can’t seem to get the souper cubes in Australia, but I’m always keeping an eye out for alternatives). Thanks again!

      I get the moisture issues too. My next try, I'm going to reduce the temperature about 25F / 5C and bake a bit longer, until it's at least 200F / 94C inside.

      Darn, I hoped this was a solution. I find that the recipe is rather bland. The best taste I get is when I use an immersion blender and put mozzarella cheese and the liquid together before adding to the flour.

    Mine came out with huge holes and it was almost wet inside even after toasting. The crust was firm and crunchy but not the inside. I added a tablespoon of isopure protein powder today to see if it helped.

    What flour the einkorn or a 2.0 of some other latest version can u possibly name your flours 1...2...3
    .4...5 version sooooo much easier to keep with which one you are talking about I understand naming them but a number to go along with name would b much easier to understand which flour u r using in this video and put recipe of the exact flour u use in each of your videos so we r sure to use right flour oh look the flour recipe is listed in comments that nice..the bread looks and sounds great going to b making it when I have flour recipe

    Hello Victoria, I would like to know, do you use Arrowroot powder or flour for your New Perfected Keto Flour! Your written recipe says Arrowroot flour, but in the video you use powder. Are they the same? I want to make sure I purchase the right ingredients to make your keto flour the same way you do.

      Depends on the flour. NSKF w/almond would be around 4.5g net. Einkorn net would be around 8.5g net.

    Thanks for the awesome recipe. Isn't there too much of that baking powder? In Europe, in Poland, I think baking powder is a little different, sort of stronger. Adding so much baking powder for such a small amount of other ingredients will make this inedible.

      I used 1/2 tsp of baking powder. I also added finally 100 ml of warm water instead of 60 ml and waited for the batter to start working with the yeast. It came out a little thinner and baked very well in the form of waffles. It works! @@victoriasketokitchen

    HI. I am writing this only for information for those that have diverticulitis. IN NO WAY, do I blame anyone but myself. In fact, this is a great review because I ate four of the biscuits I made with her 2.0 flour mix. But didn't think any thing about the bamboo fiber would affect me. I ate four of the biscuits that I made with the flour mix. It was VERY Good. But I believe, again this is MY option ONLY, that the bamboo fiber is what sent me into an attack. With this condition we have to think. I will be going back to the oat fiber mix for our baked good.

      I have Diverticulosis as well. Did you have the Dream Biscuits? If so, That would be over 50 grams of fiber and 80 grams of fat in one sitting for 4 Biscuits. These blends are very high in fiber, so you have to keep that in mind. If you eat that much of any kind of fiber at one time, and then add on that much fat, it will definitely cause GI problems. I suggest when you make a recipe, add it to an app that tracks the nutritional info, and know what you are ingesting. Our digestive system an only handle so much ❤ I hope you feel better soon.

    Victoria, your flour is everything you said and the biscuits, brownies, etc are terrific. Texture is perfect and tastes great, but the bamboo fiber tears up my whole digestive tract. So guess I can't tolerate it. Gives me extreme diarrhea. Just being truthful. God bless.

    If you use honey or sugar to activate the yeast aren’t you damaging the “keto” part of this bread?
    What other ingredient can I substitute for the honey or sugar?

      No friend… yeast eat the sugar or honey and turn it into C02 to help the dough rise and give that “yeast” flavor

      When I was a boy my Mom made bread with salami baked into it I think I’ll give it a try in my bread machine.

    I have type 2 diabetes. I can't have the einkron flour. The carbs would be too much for me. I wish I could find a good keto bread recipe.

      Victoria's standard keto flour 2.0 doesn't use the einkorn flour -- it is almond (or pecan) and bamboo flours. The einkorn is just another variation that she introduced.
