What are your big goals this year? Let me know!
Also, I chopped out the bit where I explain that Chris is helping me figure out not just the logistics of this mission but also the training. Check out his IG and his mountaineering/expedition business. He’s taking a trip to the Dolomites this year and it looks insane, and you could tag along.

Most of us have a hard time just getting out of bed dude. You don’t need to show us up like this all the time 😂
This is insane brotha!! So stoked to follow you on this journey.

These videos are super inspirational. I feel like everyone needs some sort of goal to be reaching towards. For me I think this year it's going to be a half marathon and possibly a whole marathon.

Love how you told your story. I think a lot of cynical thoughts can dismiss how a lot of us all start in the same spot. Excited to keep following your journey and see you make that climb

This is really amazing man that you’re going to do this.
You’re a really amazing guy, going what you’ve been through and then doing something like this, requires a mind of steel, and really massive guts! You totally have got my full support man.
It’ll be great seeing you take this journey man.
I also have just got IG and followed you there earlier, I’ll always be here to cheer you on!

Great video! Brandon, would you talk about how you came up with this goal? What’s the highest peak you have summited? I’m interested in creating fitness goals but have no idea where to even start.

Thank you for sharing your experience mate, not easy, but it WILL help people no doubt.
As a concerned for your health, wealth and sanity, plus being a word weary "ol guy" (60th year), and having coached (ASCA/NSCA) for over 33 years, can I suggest a brief thought experiment! (rhetorical :P)
I know you have an extensive PT background, now if a client, in the late 40s, with a very similar if not identical background to yourself (i.e YOU), expressed they wanted to Climb Everest (is it Everest incidentally?), when running a half marathon was originally gleaned as a "good target". What would you, as a VERY caring and level headed coach, suggest to your client?
Please take this as heart felt and genuine feedback from a random guy that may understand your dynamic more than you know.
    Take care out there mate!

Great to have you man: not Everest I’m not even close to putting that in the realm of possibilities within the next 2-3 years.
