Making my Whoop Strap 4.0 Even better

- I’ve been using the @WHOOP strap 4.0 for almost six months and LOVE it, so I had to get another band. The black one is fine, but a bit typical and boring, so I had to get something more fun! What do you think about the color I got?
The Whoop strap is one of the few products with a subscription I have zero hesitation in paying for. Not only do they constantly add new, SIGNIFICANT features every month, but it has genuinely helped me with my health. I’ve been more motivated to work out consistently and harder and go to bed earlier and at a consistent time, and my Sleep has improved as it notices trends of what helps and harms my Sleep.
Sleep is one of the most important things to invest in. You spend a third of your life sleeping, setting the foundation for your day. Good Sleep helps with energy, mood, the processing of emotions, how happy you feel, how productive you are, how well you can think and get tasks done, etc. I’m all about pushing and hustling but also about getting adequate, quality sleep. If investing in my sleep results in me being more productive so I can make more money, I can feel happier, I am better to be around, and I can do more of the things I want, it’s a no-brainer.

Just got the stone. Great color with bronze hardware. Just hope the whoop 5.0 uses the same straps when it comes out.

I used a whoop but it's too expensive
Cheaper than buying a smart watch every two years though!
@@ThisIsTechToday Not many people buy a new watch every two years, and if they do, they still get an amount back when they sell their old one compared to the Whoop, where you get nothing. and even if you did get a new watch every two years you're still spending as much as paying two years for a whoop which also comes out to €528
@@JAToch-pq7kh ah, but see, if you break your watch or a new one comes out you have to buy a new one. Whoop gives you free replacements and upgrades.

I think the journal is extremely helpful. I can see when certain things have a notable impact on my energy, mood, sleep quality, etc. Add in their strength trainer and other things, I work out consistently more than before. Tons and tons of data with new features added every or every other month. You’re legit getting a benefit from the subscription. I love it!

In my opinion its not worth buying a strap. You buy a strap for a lend device, which alone is too pricy. I‘m not a big fan of the subscription.
