Designing is one of the easiest yet hardest things to do because it’s so subjective, and you never really know when you’re done with your work. There’s always something you can add or take away from it.

Chirs explained all the concept in this video, honestly after watching so many videos, I can say that in the future if I can't handle or manage my digital marketing or design team because of time, I would just buy your guys courses to each one of them and if it wouldn't solve the problem, I would just hire the futur team, not because I'm a fan, but because I can sleep well knowing that I made a good decision and if it would not be a good fit, Chris would say to me "I think we're not a good fit". YOU guys already gained my trust.

This video is another Synchronicity that brought greater clarity to what I need to do. I am a person who understands the balance of providing for the needs of others while understanding what I need to maintain my high quality of life. When it comes to friendships, I inform people of the standards I set for building a strong relationship and trust is key. But no one will trust you unless they can depend on you for delivering to them what enriches their lives. In turn the impact you made on them resonates deeply with them and the end result is that they want to insure that you can continue your work and refer you. If there is one quote I could share that is both spiritual and grounded it’s this... All creativity comes from the unified field and we are part of that unified consciousness, which means that owning it and patenting it is an illusion we create. It’s inevitable that what is needed to be created will be and will made available (legal or not) for the masses. The notion of a monopoly on anything inevitably become antiquated. So just share and have faith that people that appreciate you, will support you.

It's very engaging for viewers when you take these highlights from longer conversations and turn it into videos of under 10 minutes that introduce, discuss, and summarize a clear message. Now I just need to get over my fear of posting and create more content myself... or endlessly continue consuming your content of course.

A little of what Chris is talking about is what Adam Curry adopted years ago with his podcast No Agenda. It is produced using what he calls the "Value for Value" model. Essentially it means if you get value from what he produces, return that value with whatever you think it's worth.

I created my instagram account 5 years ago and I posted regularly for a year or so. During that period i had a pretty stable growth in terms of followers and engagement. I was a graphic design student and I felt kinda lost because my work was all over the place, I didn't know what my niche is, so instagram allowed me to be completely free and explore and I really enjoyed it.
At one point, I started freelancing so I could support myself as a student. I felt really burnt out because of the amount of work I had, so I decided to take a break from instagram, because instagram was the easiest one to give up. That break was A LOT longer than I expected, so I ended up with 2 and a half years with almost no posts at all. That made my profile basically dead.
I always have that stupid inner voice in my head that says:' If you had got enough persistence back then to continue posting regularly, you would have been more successful today. Maybe you'd have your own studio. It's too late now'. It's funny that during the time when I was posting regularly I didn't know anything about the business side of instagram. Instagram was just pure fun. Now that I know how powerful instagram actually is, it feels kinda overwhelming.
I know that this may sound too dramatic to some, but i's really hard for me to get over it and just start from the beginning. Especially since I'm aware how much I still need to learn and achieve. But I know I have to start again. This video gave me a little bit of hope that it's not too late.

Noice! Yet, it is different to be instagram famous and real master of your craft. And one more thing. Sharing process, knowledge etc. is not always every brand's communication strategy.
p.s.: "Philosophically", Instagram is not the democratisation of the access; making all instant successes, because the access is equal. For still the standards of craftsmanship, exist. It merely validates the ones who follow the trends - who are not always masters already - or they simply know the platform. My question here: Does diving in a medium and functioning around it, promotes the work of an agency/freelancer more effective? Did we miss the point where the work has to be genuinely good, innovative, aesthetically pleasing and technically concrete?

      1. patience. 2. no hidden agenda. 3. focus on the needs of the other person. 4. listen, don't talk.

I agree and disagree with Jose. Yes it's a wonderful thing what we have with internet and all the info is at our fingertips. The problem in the creative universe is that people learn it mechanically. "How to make pizza". Take the "x, y, z" ingredients and put them there and cook it. That's it.
Here is the problem, people don't know(and from what I've seen), don't care why they take the "x, y, z" ingredients, why the use them and why in certain quantities. It's like monkey see, monkey do without the thought process behind it. What's even worse, the information is diluted even more. One guy takes the original "How to make pizza" information and then leaves the "z" ingredient out because he forgets and the people that watch his videos, on how to make the pizza have no idea there was a "z" ingredient in the first place.
That's my fear for the coming generations, they learn how to do things only skin deep. The thought process behind why we do the things we do and to learn how they actually work is not present.

Unfortunately, that is the risk for anything is that many will not delve into the nuts and bolts of the concept. However, there will be the few that are interested and those are the individuals who you focus on helping expand their understanding.

it's okay to share while you are learning. students have to take some ownership over their own learning as well. cross reference and check. you can't blame others for trying to share what they know, if their intentions are good.
