Cheapo making damn good power! Love how you're breaking this build in to small chunks so you're really able to analyze the results of the individual components
Diablosport is by far the best out there! I had a issue with my Predator that i bought used. I ended up finding out that it was locked and long story short, fried my pcm which resulted in flooding my motor and having one of the rods play peek-a-boo. Before all of this happening, they really helped me in restoring and unlocking my pcm and the predator all in one week! Awesome content brother, keep it up!!

That is a great pick up for a canned tune. Assuming a 12% drivetrain loss with the manual, that’s 777 crank. Beautiful! Hey man - once you get that pulley and those other mods be careful on those shifts. A guy from my area blew a hole in his hellcat motor with the same set up you’re looking to do. One bad shift could put cheapo in the grave.

I purchased My Tuner today for my 6.2L Denali 2018 I'm praying for the 20 whp like it promises and 28 pound feet
Cars that are under boost pick up horsepower easily. If are sitting at a loss of anywhere near 12-15% in the drivetrain. Then you are making between 788-816hp at the crank. A pulley change, injectors, headers and full exhaust system(kooks, gt haus). Will put you into the 900hp range.
I test drove a Hellcat it was as 2018 Widebody it had a Green belt. I now know it was tuned with pulley swapped. When we took it on the highway I did a pull at 45 in Sport mode. :-) OMG!

Mopar underrates their engines big time bro, my 2009 caliber SRT-4 gained about the same with my diablo tune and increased boost back in 2010 making it a corvette hunter looking completely stock like cheapo without the wheel upgrade tho

Trevon Adams yea it was LS1 c5 quick not the Z06 LS6 for sure I’m not going to over sell the power to weight but too end at 20 psi when I didn’t spin at all pulling a c5 wasn’t hard with 370 crank and 3200 pounds
Trevon Adams yea they would be door to door VHT I think it definitely was hearing that made the difference with my wot box keeping my boost at 20psi even when I shifted so there was no loss in power like most turbo cars
Jason Hearn 310 wheel is pretty good never knew they made that much power with just a tune. Would be fun to run them in my bolt on tune 335i

Quick question for you - I'm not sure how long you kept the car stock with the canned tune, but how well did that basic setup hold for you while you had it? I'm looking to do much the same with my '16 Charger HC. I'm recently out of warranty so not worried about that end of it. But I'm also not interested in any high HP mods either. Something a little above/beyond stock will be perfect for my. basic needs. Any insights that you can share will be much appreciated. Many thanks, Bro. And safe regards in the meantime ✌🏾

Hey bro... did you use Hemifever after all? Sean tuned a 2014 Jeep SRT I used to have.... he did a phenomenal job too. Even two years later he was sending my updated tunes for free. I cannot say enough good things about Hemifever!

Thats impressive for a stock engine, even with it being boosted. Those engines gotta be pretty well dialed in from the factory being what it is, and being its stock. You usually see 30-60hp gains from a boosted car after changing exhaust and a better flowing intake filter, followed by a tune. I think he woulda hit 700hp with a 3rd pull tho.
I tip my hat to the fellas at Diablo for this tho.

Heck yeah, Sean Powell at Hemifever is a boss. He Tuned my 5.7L truck & my 392 challenger. That guy is a wicked evil scientist (in a good way). I can only imagine what he can do to a 6.2L Cat

@@mattdavis9316Please keep in mind that every vehicle will vary in what it picks up. A PCM along with a TCM tune from Sean is a MUST. I gained +44 hp on my 5.7/345ci & +60hp on my 6.4/392ci. They both have other corresponding mods for each vehicle as well. Like...Moe's Throttle body, CAI, headers and cat back exhaust & lower t-stat to name a few. Hope the info helps.

686 whp not crank hp. Whp is the actual amount of power it makes to the wheels,crank hp is the power that the engine makes, but not including drivetrain losses

Why would you get the tune before the bolt ons? Then you have to pay to get revamped after the mods. Why pay twice?
