Your Videos and Advice are fantastic. I have been doing something similar for years, ever since I suffered from Frozen Shoulder. Since then I've had similar pain and tightness in every moving part of my body. I think, anyone with fibromyalgia can benefit by following your advice. Excellent, thank you for sharing! I'm feeling better already, nice to have a partner to do with.
Hi Donna,
Thanks for commenting. It's always nice to know when my videos have helped someone, since that's the entire reason I put them up on UA-cam. And just FYI - my free website www.do-it-yourself-joint-pain-relief.com/ has videos for every joint in your body, if you ever need it. You can find the Frozen Shoulder Page by going to the Site Map.
All the best,

I get tender areas on the outside of thigh. It goes from knee to top of thigh. There is a continual hard band being worse at top of thigh and just above the knee. ☺
I'm unable to stretch them as far as you're doing. It's too painful. Yes I've seen my doctor, just the other day for pain in my legs, and I'm being sent for bloodwork and x-rays. I would love to be able to just go for exercise walks again, but if I walk I have pain in my upper thigh and in my knees (underside of knees). I've only had these problems since June 14th this year. Before that I was walking fluidly, without pain, and for a moderate amount of time such as half an hour. I know that I wasn't overdoing the walking before I got these symptoms in June.
I recommend just doing the techniques that you can do, and maybe as you improve you'll be able to do others. Also, I think you may benefit from going through my Chondromalacia Knee Pain page, even if that's not your doctors diagnosis. The techniques may be more effective for you. Here is the free page,

Give it a try. You can do it!
