The trilogy at UFC 276 doesn't happen without both Volk defeating Ortega who was very live and dangerous at the time and Max beating Yair, who was being hyped up as a potential challenger at the time.

do you think that fight would've been as close as it was if Hendricks wasn't juicing? would he have even gotten to that point? look at his record and physique after the major changes made in MMA with testing fighters. It’s hard to respect the UFC and call it a sport with someone like Dana White running it. It’s not a sport, it’s entertainment. Dana very clearly pushes the money fights and tries set up the more marketable fighters for success.
