      This will hardly help your invention because it does not work. This video is a fake. Water does not flow upwards without any input of energy. Presently many similar videos pop up in UA-cam. For anyone with good knowledge in physics it is obvious that this "pump" does not work.

      Feed that discharge line back into the source. Add a hydroelectric turbine to the mix and you'll have unlimited power. Make this at a much larger scale and never worry about electricity again.

      @@jordondarke1884 I actually tried this with some water bottles and found out that it only works when the discharge line is lower than the water level. I'm thinking about trying it again on a larger scale since it may be because of the size, but I'm going to research Pete Davey's sonic boiler and see if I can't do something with it!

      Build a simple internal frame to place inside the container and it will not collapse. It can easily be made from almost any material that can be submerged.

      @@kjellg6532 Not true. This would work better if it was using a metal barrel. They are loosing vacuum as the barrel collapses. The key here is to make sure your output line carries more water weight than the input line. So the deeper the well the smaller the intake line needs to be. Also the deeper the well the lower the flow.

    • @kjellg6532
      @kjellg6532 3 місяці тому

      @@breaktime-vo2my Sorry, but no. This is a siphon with a barrel to make it start. Use a steel barrel if you like. As with any siphon, the diamert of the input or the output does not matter. That is if all tubes are 100% filled at startup.
      The system must be airtight AND the water level at the intake must be higher than the output to get a siphon running
      Now, with the source level 5 m down in a well and the output at ground level, this siphon can’t work. In fact it will try to conway water from the output back to the well, thus suck air into the system from the output.

    Lebih baik gunakan drum eks minyak dr bahan metal, lapisi dengan lapisan fiberglas unt cegah air korosi.
    Tambahkan katup pompa/ katup searah dipasang di atas tangki ukuran 1/2 inchi sedemikian rupa.
    Katup ini akan mencegah kapitasi tangki vacumm air sekaligus memperbesar energi vacum pompa....& Mencegah tangki melesak ke dalam tangki ( tangki plastik bisa digunakan).

      That is like a guy robing you even though all you have is one dollar, but he steals it anyway. Or like a guy who steals a $1000.00 stereo and sells it for $1.00. The fact is he is lying to you.

The best would be to assemble anti-collapse structure from the inside or outside. By the way, what drum are you using and where do you source it from?

      Normally these pumps have a 2nd pipe or tank further down the line that seems to stop the cavitation - as a back up negative pressure "well" pulling the water along and so a surplus of negative pressure that prevents the first tank for collapsing.

      No, the barrel imploded indicating it was creating a vacuum inside the barrel, indicating that it never drew any water into the inlet pipe because if it did then the barrel wouldn't have imploded.
      What happened is the water he filled into the barrel was the only water that flowed out of the barrel, he didn't let the film run long enough to show you how the water flow stops after the barrel is all imploded. It stops because there is no more water in the barrel, it is not even a syphon.
      He is claiming it is a pump, but it not a pump, it is not even a syphon, he is a liar mark these words.
      But yes certainly agree, if the output is lower than the water source you are drawing from then it is nothing more than a syphon, but at least that works, this shit DON'T. HE was allegedly drawing from a deep well right there under the barrel, and the output was above ground, no way did it suck that water out of any well, mark these words dude.

      I accidentally drained my fish pond one time due to similar actions: the vacuum starts the flow and the capillary action is just enough to overcome the gravity. Thus there’s a limit to the depth of the well for it to work (and the inlet pipe size, of course). Making it work requires trying different sizing.
      There’s plenty of videos of this kind.

    I think the reason that your barrel is caving in is that the outlet pipe is larger than the inlet. I think that the inlet must be at least slightly larger than the outlet. Of course, total vacuum is a function of inlet pipe size, barrel size and foremost the height difference between the underground water line and the point where the inlet pipe goes into the barrel and must be high enough to pull the required amount of water through the system. I'd start by reducing the diameter of the outlet pipe. Even a small amount of water over time is a lot of water.

    That's absolutely ridiculous. The groundwater is clearly higher then the outlet tube with the ball valve that is very far down the hill.that's just a siphon you could have just used a garden hose and sucked on the end until it flowed. Wow! There's no purpose or reason to have the barrel and all the other crap it's a simple siphon if you're pulling from a source that is higher than the bottom of your hose, it's just a siphon. There's no benefit to the extra work you have done and I can't believe people think this is something more than it is.

      Don't you see the Siphon pressure works? By looking at the deformed barrell proved there was pressure (suction) created by outlet pipe and water flow. Deforming

      @@user-lc2zh7yt5i the barrel is collapsing because the sealed barrel is losing water faster than gaining it. When you drop the water level in a sealed tube or barrel it will cause vacuum in the space above the water...and as it drops more, the vacuum increases. The outlet tube is not suctioning the barrel...it's just where the water is escaping, causing the water level to drop, and creating the vacuum ABOVE the water in the barrel. You can create the same effect in a tube with one end sealed (no outlet). It's called the Bernoulli Principle. They needed a faster inlet or slower outlet to prevent this vacuum from collapsing the barrel, while still siphoning the water. This is useful only if you needed the vacuum and not just the siphon, or needed the water stored there for some reason. The commenter above is right, to my mind...there's an overcomplicated solution here, for a simple problem.

    It would probably work better if you used a steel barrel or put some 2x4's cut to width inside to keep the walls from collapsing. That would increase your vacuum pressure.

      using one way valve in supply line to keep water instead of air should also drop pressure needs

      @@brotheradam I still do not think it is possible to make this setup work indefinitely. At the end of the day, you are moving from a lower elevation to a higher elevation and are using only gravity. This requires more outflow than inflow, just like a ram pump.

    • @brotheradam
      @brotheradam 2 роки тому

      @@wesbaumguardner8829 ok..I understand your point.. but. If I remember right, the author used same sizes. Yes, by using 1/2 inch from well with one way valve inside the well at the feed point, thus keeping the 'head' filled it reduces the pressure caused simply by trying to evacuate the air, which is why most show filling the feed pipe and the barrel before operation.
      Obviously the use of inch or bigger on outflow helps increase the pressure created,but for his current distance he seems fine. Just as an air tube part way would help as well in many cases as it slows down hammering if water is turned on and off, but he seems to just be using solid flow only

      @@brotheradam One gallon of water cannot lift another gallon of water. It takes more than one gallon of water to lift a gallon of water. Gravity is working on all the water equally at all times. The only way for water to move through the system is for there to be an imbalance. But the imbalance means that the system will not run indefinitely. Eventually, the water in the tank will run out and the vacuum will be lost.

      Perpetual motion is somewhat hard to achieve as it defeats the energy conservation principal. This set up will continue to cycle but eventually stop as the energy will be lost to pipe frictions, bends and other forms of losses over time.

      why not? but the first thing in here is to solve the air shrinking of the tank. if we can make some tiny air blower with the help of this outlet pipe flow i.e small water turbine looks like and apply to the tank which can be planted it can run continuously i guess. After that we can plan further producing of electricity for unlimited.

    А что если всю систему сделать герметичным, то есть на нижнюю трубу одет обратный клапан и наполнит плотно водой, протекающая вода заставить высасыватся воде из дна. Обратный клапан поможет наверное уменщить давление теч вниз. Раз уж занялись этим попробуйте алиминиевым или металлической бочкой, покажите работает этот или нет, а так польно видео и везде это работает пока вода из бочки совсем не кончится- не удачно!!!
