y = -4x -11
y=-4x-11
Given: 4x + y = -11
Answer: y = -4x + -11
I got this answer by removing 4x in 4x + y, the result: y = -4x - 11
The 4x used to be positive but since I moved it it's now a negative (-4x) and by removing the 4x the y is the only one left, since my 11 is -11 it turned into this after I combined them: -4x - 11
and now I combine y and -4x - 11
and what I got is this: y = -4x - 11
(Note: I am so sorry if the way I explained it sounds so bad I'm just trying to see if I actually understood the lesson by typing the reason why I got this answer based on my own understanding)

y= -4x-11
4x + y=-11
y=-4x -11
m=-4x b=-11 (0,-11)
y= -4x -11
Y = -4X - 11
Y=-4x-11
y=-4x-11
y= -4x + 11
Y= -4x - 11
Y=-4x+11
y = -4x - 11
y=-4x-11
y=-4x-11

5x+5y=8
So u move the 8 over next to 5x
5x + -8
8 is negative because we moved it and now we have 5x + -8 = 5y
Next we divide everything by five ( Because Y need to = Y not a number and Y. So we divide all numbers if Y has a number. We divide it by wherever number is next to Y) so 5x divided by 5 = x , -8 divided by 5 = -1.6, 5y divided by 5 = Y so it’s Y = X - 1.6
x = -x + 8/5 yung answer pre.. basic

As filipino we don't really have to do that but you can still do it

It’s -4 - 11 = y
Its bcz of the assigned form for the problems,it turned +11 bcz the form is y=mx+b....its cannot be -11
y=2x+11/2
4x+y=-11
You transform the four into the eleven and then you put y=-4x+11 and the slope is m=-4 and the y-intercept is b=-11 the coordinates are (0,11) I'm not sure if I correct
Hello Sir, Im afraid yout wrong and it's actually
y=-4x-11
Since from the Original Equation "4x+y=-11", The only problem here is the "4x" so therefore we need to put it on the other side so since it crossed the "=" so from "4x" it will turn into "-4x", Now we dont need to change the sign/symbol of the "-11" since it is already at its correct placement.
Hence the answer "y=-4x-11"
