    That looked like a perfect meal for breakfast, especially after a hard night boogying on down to your favourite toe tapping songs.
    The best thing about Spam is that it's a very versatile meat that can be eaten at anytime if day whether it's morning, afternoon or Christmas and you can put it in any meal you can imagine. Also, unlike a trumpet, because of its shape it's very easy to wrap, making it a perfect and delicious birthday gift to give to a loved one on the date they were born.

    Hi Kay... Great video as usual. To get Spam out of the tin easily... open both ends. It`s canned in a vacuum so the meat is sucked to the bottom of the can but as soon as you let air in from the bottom of the can the vacuum is released, allowing the contents to be easily pushed out.
    My Gran taught me that over 40 yrs ago. xx

    If you squeeze the 2 short sides of the spam tin you'll hear a little pop and with a little shake the spam will fall right out 😊

    I've always loved the crust of white bread the most! It's where all the flavor it for heavens sake! When I was a kid I used to peel the crusts off & put jelly or butter or both & roll them up & make my own version of jelly rolls to enjoy. 😅
    Anyway - Good 'ol Spam. It's expensive now but it's been a pantry mainstay for generations. It's cool when people discover ways to use it now as an occasional dinner recipe. Cool one, Kay! ❤
    Edit: By crust YOU meant the end pieces - the heel of the loaf. I meant the actual crusts. 😂

    when i was little, my grandpa told me that eating the crust made you be able to whistle, i believed that for years and years haha! that is why i also love the bread crusts.

    You NEED to clean the mushrooms before you slice them. Either wash or brush off the black bits of fertilizer (aka shite). Spam, just hold it upside down for a minute and it actually falls out of the tin.

    I grew up in Hawaii and love spam and eggs. A tip for getting the spam out is to squeeze the sides of the can while shaking it down at the cutting board.
    This recipe reminds me of a recipe that my great grandma would make us called “Spammish Rarebit” 😂 delicious stuff.

    Tip on getting spam out of the tin, i use it a lot for fish bait, just squeeze the corners of the tin that are diagonal to each other gently, and switch sides while shaking it upside down and the block will slide out. Thank you for the video Kay.

    Kay there's a much easier way of getting the spam out of the tin, just open both ends and push it through. It's so much safer

    Hey Kay....Quick Tip how 2 get the Spam out of the can....B4 I open the can turn the can upside down & punch 2 holes in the bottom of the can with a knife after U do that turn the can over and pull the Top off . Tks 4 sharing. I love watching Yre videos. Watching fr. The USA🇺🇲😋😛🤗👍🏼

    If you punch a couple small hole in the bottom it will break the vacuum and let meat slide out easier

    Best way to get spam out of a can is to poke a hole in the bottom of the can and then turn it upside down, gravity will do the rest

      I have a 40p instant noodle sachet for today and I haven’t eaten for 4 days so I understand your struggles, I hope things get better for you soon x if you can get cheap stock cubes to add to your onion broth, it adds sodium and makes a big difference to the taste x x

    Hi Kay! When you go "to check on the toast" you should consider what it is you are checking. I feel this check may have come to a conclusion that the toast was burnt, don't be shy to try another piece of bread and just do it for less time.

    Kay will you try making one of my late dad's specialtys lol.. he used to make corned beef chopped up (like you did with spam) and fry it with eggs (scrambled) and have it in buttered bread.. it's amazing 👌
