Awesome video guys! Shimano definitely die hard reels. The FX super nice for scratching and entry level dropshot. First 1 served me well for just on 4 years when the bearings and anti-reverse eventually went which I easily swapped out for new parts and off it went, still going strong by new owner. I now have a second one!! Next up would be the Stradic.
Thanks again for the useful information. Never miss your videos. Please would you consider doing a Tackle Tuesday for light tackle scratching in gullies etc. Appropriate reels, rods long and short butt, 2 - 4 oz. A very popular facet but not a lot of current information available. Kev from Port Shepstone.
I started off going to buy a Nasci and spintech 11ft and ended up with a Sradic and an amia zero. That just a bit more money game can be dangerous! But man I love the stradic. I only use shimano and their baitcasting reels are also top notch
I pine for the days when I used a tree branch and some 10lb mono to do all of my fishing… back then it was definitely the fisherman not the equipment that made the difference and made success happen: to simpler times Don’t be Afraid to Invest in Wonderful gear Any time!

That Stadic is FIRE🔥
So true😆 there is always a model above for Shimano! Even for the Stella…Saltiga!
True 😂
lol🤣
Next question: Battle 3 4000 or Nasci 5000 for light spinning on an 11ft rod for spoons?
Hmmmmmm, I think that’s personal preference! They are both amazing reels and will work for any application you throw at it for spinning.
I ended up buying a battle high speed over the nasci as it works great and better value especially its way stronger
That’s good to know bud🎣👊🏻
I think they both great reels though🤙🏻👊🏻

Hand lines used to dominate🤣
Nice review guys. Why would one spend an extra thousand for the Ultegra above the Nasci?
I think you’re getting a lighter reel, that’s what it comes down to. So maybe for your spinning application it’ll be less taxing on your arms👊🏻
